Hello Lacy,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, and first of all, a huge congratulations on working so hard and successfully completing your course!
To help clarify how the platform works: your 2-month free trial covers your full tuition, giving you complete access to attend all lectures, complete the modules, and take your assessments free of charge. However, formal completion certificates are optional extras and are chargeable, which is why the portal prompts for payment to download them.
Please know that your hard work was absolutely not for nothing—the knowledge and skills you have built are yours to keep!
That being said, we truly appreciate your dedication and want to celebrate your achievement. We will be sending a separate email to you shortly regarding the possibility of offering you a certificate as a special, one-time exception for this first course you have completed. Please keep an eye on your inbox for our message soon!

Nice My Upskillist: **"From Theory to Practice: Psych Safety at Work
Nice, Lesson 2 done already 💪 That was fast!
Upskillist wants your feedback to inspire new learners. Here are 3 quick reply options you can copy/paste - pick the vibe you want:
**1. Short + Real**
"Lesson 2 on psych safety hit home. The 4 stages model made me realize my team is stuck at 'Inclusion' level. Already tried asking 'what would happen if I messed up today?' in our group chat. Eye-opening stuff. Excited for Lesson 3!"
**2. Motivational for future learners**
"I almost skipped Lesson 2 thinking 'I know this already'. Big mistake. Learning what breaks psych safety - like punishing mistakes vs learning from them - changed how I talk to my coworkers. If you're hesitating to start, just take the first lesson. It’s worth it."
**3. Casual + Friendly**
"Wrapped up Lesson 2 and wow, psych safety is more than just 'being nice'. The bit about Challenger safety? That’s the goal. Upskillist makes it easy to understand without the boring textbook feel. 10/10,

Do not pay for years subscription try a month or free trail first
Things are broken down nicely but definitely not upto par.
I had started with mid journey and nowhere was it mentioned that we will eventually have to pay for mid journey subscription to continue understanding and learning until the lesson where the set up is talked about.
Although the platform advertises that they offer certification for completing short courses, looks like they charge separately for the certificates on top of charging for the subscription.
The course on midjourney seemed like it was made with ai and the intro audio was extremely loud whereas the content audio was super low.
Beware lack of quality and lack of transparency seems to come off as shady marketing tactics. Buyer beware.
They couldn’t even sort their trust pilot connect - sent an email asking for review but the email wouldn’t even redirect to actual company page. Had to manually look up the company to review.

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We take reviews like yours very seriously, and we are genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations regarding transparency, audio quality, and our certificate structure.
To clarify a few points you raised, while our promotional memberships grant full access to attend and learn from the video lessons, our downloadable course toolkits and formal certificates are optional add-ons that are chargeable separately. Additionally, for specialized software courses like Midjourney, third-party platform subscriptions are handled directly through those respective companies and are not bundled with our tuition access.
That being said, we never want our students to feel misled or frustrated by inconsistent audio quality or broken external links. We want to investigate the loud intro audio in the Midjourney lessons and look into why your review invitation email did not redirect correctly.
Could you please share your account details and any additional information with us directly at support@upskillist.com? Please use the subject line "Trustpilot Review" so our team can locate your message immediately, look into these technical issues, and address your concerns properly.
Thank you for helping us identify these areas for improvement, and we hope to connect with you soon to make things right.
