Had great massages for 6 years until 1 pro that wasn’t very good. I complained and Urban responded straight away but then when I responded to their email it was ignored. Spent over £1400 in 6 years and then radio silence from them…

Very pleasant experience a very good massage in the comfort of your own home.
Giedre the masseuse arrived very promptly. She was polite, professional and friendly. I felt comfortable and at ease and would recommend her and Urban massage. The massage was excellent.

Over all over had good experiences with the app. However there have been a few therapists with dry hands that I had to report but the app directed me to better therapists and gave a bit of a discount rebooking after that experience

Jess is courteous and professional. She arrived promptly. She is chatty and interested. By day she is a NHS physiotherapist so very knowledgeable. She gave suggestions and followed up with a clear set of exercises.

Unreliable, bad customer service
First massage was great, second was a bad experience. Masseuse never showed up, and customer service on the Urban website was really bad. No apology, no explanation, just a no show. Got a full refund but will not be booking again.

There are professional therapists…
There are professional therapists elsewhere who do a formal consultation and take consent. Hopefully this review will reconsider their recruitment policy. One for the onboarding team.
