Booking a service was really efficient. They have their own tools so you don’t have to think of having all the cleaning materials ready. The cleaners are all trustworthy as well.

Would definitely use UC again. Giving 4 stars as there were a couple of things that needed to be gone over again at the end of lease clean, but nothing major. The cleaner was polite and efficient.

We booked a cleaner for our 2bd place and we were so pleased. Our cleaner was nice and did a great job. We are now thinking of booking him fortnightly. The booking process was super easy. I love that you can cater the cleaning to your specific need with all the add-on. I've been recommending Urban Company to a few friend already.

Always my go to for cleaning services, recently had my carpets cleaned and the booking process is super smooth, you get assigned a cleaner very quickly and then you can chat to your cleaner if you need to let them know where to park etc
Payment is a breeze on the system, and the end result has always been so clean! I like using urban company as it's trusted and safe!

My recent experience was okay - I told the cleaner to not clean the second bedroom and to take it off the booking. She said she would still clean it anyway but when I got home the floor wasn’t vacuumed at all - I don’t even think she dusted the surfaces. Everything else was clean though.

We where unable to show the cleaner what to do but he done a magnificent job and lock the house up very happy thank you

BEWARE!!! Do not use this company!!!!
I scheduled a clean on Saturday morning at 8am. At 8:30am no cleaner. I called the cleaner to then be told her husband has covid and she is a close contact and unable to come. She advised me she had called in sick the night before. No communication from the company at all. When I called them they apologised and rescheduled for the next day.
Firstly the cleaners were 30mins late. I paid for a deep clean in both bathrooms. They have not cleaned the grout and the toilet bowls, the mirrors are smeared as well as the shower screen. The bathroom tiles are smeary as well. The products they use do not smell fresh and clean. Im not happy as a first time customer.

I had a great experience, the place was cleaned thoroughly. The oven amazing. And the deep clean of the bathroom was really good too. Overall I am very happy and recommend the service. I like that you can choose what to clean, to be charged by rooms and add ons.

I bought a yearly membership so I would be more willing to get a cleaner in and help to ease my work load at home so I could spend time with my young family. The only time I managed to book a cleaner was the first time I tried. Ever since then, I have tried a dozen or so times to get another cleaner in but get a message saying there are no available cleaners and they will be in touch when one can come. That first message came to me at least 6 months ago. I keep trying to book one, but clearly just doing it in vain and it’s wasting my time. Ridiculous customer service. Stay far away!

Avoid this company at all costs! Their "professionals" use metal spoons to clean porcelain - damaging it in the process! And once you raise the matter to them, they would try and weasel out of talking to you by providing callback schedules that are never followed through. Unless you like supervising the cleaners as they do their job (which defeats the purpose of the services), you like to deal with lies, and you love to deal with dodgy customer service, then avoid this company at all costs.
