Order some items on pre-order. Check the size chart posted multiple times. When I finally received the items, one shirt was much smaller than expected. I measured and found that the large I ordered matched the size chart measurements for an XS. Reached out to customer service and was told opps we are going to updated the size chart. I was told they could send a different item to replace it. But considering that they are extremely small on all their sizing ( not size inclusive at all) I requested either a refund or a gift card. They have never replied.

No exchanges, no returns. If you want to return or exchange YOU have to pay to send it back to Thailand. Which is about 75$ on top of what you paid for the item SHOP ELSEWHERE!!! They pay for nothing. On top of this, the quality is poor.

Wish I could give them no stars.

VERY EXPENSIVE TRASH!
Obviously made in Asia- thin material, no linings, sizes completely wrong- I ordered Large and got a size 8- 10 maybe. Material is cheap especially for the price I was charged! Definitely wouldn't recommend.
