Dan and Ryan were fantastic during the entire experience. Even when some small issues arose they jumped in a took care of everything. From design to delivery they are real pros! I would highly recommend USA Distributor!

I hardly ever leave reviews but when I do it is to let other people know of exceptional service or products. I have been in the plumbing business for 44 years and part of my responsibilities is to purchase materials and equipment for my company. It is rare in today’s world that a vendor and manufacturer live up to their claims of good service. Well, this is one of those times and I must tell the world.
When my wife and I decided to renovate our kitchen, I did extensive research to find a reliable source for a good product at reasonable cost. I finally decided on USA Distributor and Fabuwood for my personal project. From the first email with Dan Strauss the process was nothing but easy, friendly, and seamless with superior communication. I made a few changes to the design and Dan quickly followed up with a new drawing and proposal. The samples I ordered arrived promptly and were very important in the cabinet selection.
Fabuwood is basically local to me since I am in NYC and their factory is right over the river in NJ. I received email updates as well as telephone calls from USA Distributor and Fabuwood with the delivery date and time window, which was very professional. My Fabuwood cabinets arrived exactly one month after the order was placed and arrived fully assembled and very well packed. The driver was courteous and helpful.
On installation day I carefully unpacked the cabinets and was delighted with their construction and finish. The only minor defect was a very small spot on one of the pantry cabinet doors. I sent Dan a photo on Monday morning and received a replacement door on Thursday. You can’t ask for better service than that!
My wife and I love, love, love our Fabuwood cabinets. They are very well made and the Nickel finish on our Galaxy cabinets is flawless, and the Blum hardware is a pleasure!
So, to summarize, dealing with USA Distributor was fantastic. I was hesitant of buying such an important and expensive purchase online but in the end, I am very happy I did.

If you want to take the complications out of kitchen rejuvenation this is the best company to work with for these reasons:
1)You will find excellent products set in personalize design very promptly.
2) The communications will immediately feel friendly and professional.
3) When you see your design you may want to make some changes and the design team will not charge you, shame you, or rush you.
4) The design team and delivery system team work in harmony so nicely. Like me, you will feel that your order matters to the Team.
If you are on this sight you have made a great choice. I had the honor of working with Dan, Ryan, and Igor. I bet you will remember the names of your fine helpers when are done with your kitchen, too.

My recent experience with USA distributors was very good and highly recommend anyone to check them out. The cost savings versus working with a local kitchen supply business we undeniably from the onset, however, it was a bit uneasy ordering a full Kitchen cabinet layout through an online service. I decided to go forward regardless based on reviews and Dan was outstanding with assisting me in everything that was needed. Cabinets were delivered as scheduled and everything was on par, any minor issues that came up were immediately taken care of to allow the project to move forward. I hope this review can also help others when planning new projects.

Excellent customer service. Dan and Ryan were prompt and responsive during the entire process from beginning to end. Some items came damaged from the manufacturer. They work with the manufacturer to get replacement sent without any problem. I will definitely recommend USA Distributor to family and friends.

I worked with Dan Strauss in ordering Fabuwood cabinets. The process could not have gone more smoothly! No kidding- it was easy as pie with very quick responses to emails, questions on the phone, and a few small changes. Within 24 hours of my initial inquiry, Dan provided a quote with an accurate spec sheet of the kitchen layout and a computer mock-up in Fabuwood. On the day we sealed the deal, Dan said the delivery would happen in three weeks and gave me a date. The cabinets arrived on that date and in perfect condition. I was initially skeptical of ordering kitchen cabinets from an online wholesale outfit, but I recommed USA Distributors without hesitation. Excellent service and a great price.

Not only were they the cheapest in the area, but our contact Dan was super responsive whenever we needed to get in touch and when our cutlery drawer delivered in the wrong size he promptly had the correct size shipped out at no cost to us. He answered all of my questions, was extremely knowledgeable and he represented USA Distributors in an outstanding manner. As you can imagine, ordering several thousand dollars in cabinets on online from a vendor I had no experience with prior could’ve have been stressful, but Dan made the whole process very simple and stress free. I will purchase more merchandise from USA Distributors in the future and will recommend them to others.

My personal experience, as an ordinary customer, all my questions/emails answered within the same day. Issues resolved - same day. Not sure if he'll like this one - gave me a pretty good discount.
