This was one of the first projects that I undertook on my own and Ryan was such a help! I wanted to add a pantry to our kitchen and he patiently walked me through the entire process and offered expert advice. He stayed in constant communication and even checked-in after delivery. I have already recommended him to a friend and will continue to do so.

Fabuwood is "Fabulous", they were 1/2 price of Menards and the quality of Medallion/Schrock cabinets. They hold my heavy plates, double organizer of silverware and have every combination you will need. The finish is better that high end, Galaxy Alure is the most beautiful gray have ever seen. All contractors commented on the WOW factor. Snap to order, they take your plan, send to you for approval, in contact every step. We had a major change 1 week prior to ordering and they accomodated with no delay. It is a normal 3-4 week out, will call you prior to delivery and they follow-up to make sure all is OK. Make sure to specify if you would like the crown molding or not, I'm glad it was included w/ ours. Enjoy!! It was our best decision. Dan at USA Distributor was great to work with! He was very helpful in designing the kitchen cabinet layout and worked with the manufacturer to get us exactly what we needed at a reasonable price and quickly.

USA Distributors offers amazing customer service and very quick delivery. I placed my first order and had cabinets delivered within 3 days of my order; the second order required some assistance from Dan - who went above and beyond to help me get my order settled. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received.

Customer Service done right! I purchased Fabuwood cabinets from USA Distributor and would definitely order from them again. They shipped on time as promised. I had a small issue with one door and once I contacted Ryan, he immediately replaced the door. the replacement door was delivered in 7 days. I would have no issue recommending ordering from these guys for your project.

Not only are fabuwood cabinets great but what makes it even better is the service USA Distributors provide. I am a DYI and ordered my cabinets online. Went extremely smooth and all in perfect condition. I made a mistake and failed to order a cabinet, Dan and Ryan took care of it and put a rush on it for me and got it in under 10 days. Nobodies doing that. I’m so glad i went with these guys. Both companies complement each other very well. Cant beat the prices as well!!

From the first call to USA Distributors, Dan was totally responsive, professional, and knowledgeable in working through the endless options and details of planning the ‘perfect’ kitchen. In the final stages, Dan, together with Ryan, and Managing Partner Igor, spared no effort to insure timely delivery of our cabinetry, and within the construction window of our project. We look forward to working with them on the next phase!

The problems with my order were many and varied and, I’m sure, largely due to manufacturing changes related to Covid. I wasn’t happy about it but, I accepted that my cabinets would be delayed. What I cannot tolerate is lying. Igor, one of the managing partners, emailed that he would refund a total of $500 because the order was incomplete. He asked me to remove the dispute I filed with my credit card. As soon as I did this, he refiled it with Visa and even recalled a partial refund that had been issued. These guys know how to game the system. I have it in writing but it wasn’t enough to hold them accountable. You pay months in advance for these cabinets which leaves little time to dispute problems with your credit card company, if and when they arise. I’m very blessed that $500 isn’t going to break me but, it may break someone else. I am just a customer trying to save others the time and money that I wasted. Google the brand you are interested in and find the closest rep to you. Then you have an actual place to go to sort out issues. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR MONEY.

I love my cabinets from USA Distributor. Dan was the representative and he was very responsive and ensured I received my cabinets on time. The quality of these cabinets are awesome. I would definitely use this company again.

The cabinets were so beautiful and a great quality and the pricing was so reasonable and you definitely cannot find such high quality cabinets for such a reasonable price anywhere else!
