When choosing kitchen cabinets for my dream kitchen, I was looking for exquisite style, functionality and craftmanship but affordable too. Fabuwood Cabinetry has all this and more! Sophisticated and striking, the richly detailed lines of the cabinets I chose creates an upscale, modern appearance which impresses ALL that enter my kitchen.
However, Dan and his crew from USA Distributor, who guided me with my Fabuwood cabinets were so professional and knowledgeable about the products they took all the guess work out for me. Truthfully, any cabinet you choose from Fabuwood you can't choose wrong. I was so pleased with the turnout of my kitchen, that it was without hesitation, I also love that they are all soft close which was an essential feature I needed to have. I know I can rely on the construction and quality of Fabuwood Cabinetry until the test of time. Take it from me, I am one Very Satisfied Customer and I know you will be one too!

I am an Architect/Builder, my first experience with USA Distributors is my last.
I purchased kitchen cabinets, the purchasing process went smoothly.

The cabinets were delivered and parts were missing. I called and texted no less than 6 times over a period of 3 weeks to resolve this and as of the writing of this review I have not had a resolution.

Update...USA Distributors contacted me after I posted this review, that was 2 weeks ago they asked for time to discuss this with their DM...so far...crickets...not a word.
Keep in mind I offered some payment for the missing parts if they would be fair...nothing

7.6.20 True to form, USA Distributor has questioned this review asying it does not pertain to them, let me assure the reader that it is USADistributor that sold me the cabinets and this is merely a stalling tactic for them to contact me with a fair settlement. A month ago they told me they needed a few days to have their "DM" look at it.....no reply.

Yesterday I filed a formal complaint with Philadelphia BBB.

7.9.20 A few days ago I repeated my offer to USADistributors, you judge if it is fair...here is a snip from my email to them..........."you know this is a small dollar value situation, probably less than $200. I offered to pay a reasonable amount of the total. call me"

At the end of the day, USADistributors did the right thing, they contacted me and apologized for the mix-up. They sent me the missing parts within a day of speaking with them.
At this point I would strongly consider doing business with them again.

I don't know which one I enjoy better! My modern cabinets or the customer service that USA Distributor agent Dan provided us. He went above and beyond to help me pick out new cabinets for our new home. He is very knowledgeable on different styles, colors, customization to fit different kitchen sizes. I ran into several problems and each time Dan found a solution as well as keeping me within my budget. They respond very quickly on the online chat and by phone. There was never any lost communication from the time of the free kitchen design and cabinet drawing all the way up to the delivery of cabinets. My cabinets took a couple weeks to arrive but well worth the wait and I cant wait to use them again!

Great price and timely delivery for my new cabinets! The cabinets are high quality, and I really enjoyed getting a FREE kitchen design from your talented designer. The 3D renderings came in handy to really visualize how the final product would look like. Anyone thinking about getting a kitchen designed, consider USA Distributor as your top choice!

Purchased a full kitchen cabinet set from this team and couldnt be happier. I worked with the VP of Sales Dan S. and he made the process effortless, all back and forth communication was quick and seamless to get the 3d render designs drawn up and dialed to my specs. Im brand new to purchasing with this company but the price for hardwood cabinets (no particle board bs) and the customer service experience i couldnt be happier. I highly recommend! - Joe B.

I ordered in excess of $30 thousand in new Fabuwood cabinetry through USA Distributor. They have positive ratings for cost and value, but customer service for both the Distributor, and the Wholesaler (Fabuwood) will leave you furious. My pre-assembled cabinets were delivered, incomplete, with some back ordered. My new construction home was on a tight schedule, as most are, and we were most disappointed when a high percentage of the delivered cabinets showed assembly damage, screw pops, laminate blow outs, split hardwoods. I attempted to reorder and replace some damaged items, as well as back ordered pieces. The shortest wait time for replacements was 2-3 weeks from Fabuwood . And even then, additional assembly damages were found on the new pieces. I also got numerous calls from their contracted shipper, trying to deliver other customer orders to me. To hasten my installation process, I instructed my trimcabinet installers to spend the time to repair the damages from assembly at the factory, rather than wait a month for more damaged product.
My representative at USA Distributor was, at least verbally, always looking out for me trying to resolve issues. That's what he wanted me to believe. The final proof played out differently.
He supported me, in theory, in an effort to recover a 50% rebate, for damaged cabinets only, from Fabuwood. At their mark ups, no one would have lost money in the deal, and I was still out the extra labor time for my installers trouble. I still have a voice recording of USA Distributor backing this deal, as well as subsequent offers from the manufacturer. They both agreed to process a check to me months ago. No check issued, or further contact. from either business.
The overall product isn't bad for the money. The quality control, and customer service, from the combination of USA Distributor, and Fabuwood, should be avoided.

Updated review: After a response from USA Distributor, replete with errors, and efforts to fill in the blanks in their records with creative fiction, the fact remains...I have wire transfer proof of a transfer of the stated purchase price, UP Front ! I'm sure the readers here were not impressed by $26 K stated by the distributor. C'mon !
I still have the photos of the assembly damages, which were passed on to my USA Distributor rep., who wholeheartedly agreed these were unacceptable. Mr. "Review Damage Control" USA Distributor representative replying to this review, refers to "shipping" damage. Who said anything about "Shipping" damage ? These were ASSEMBLY damages from the Fabuwood company. If you want me to publish the names of my contacts at USA Distributor, please just say the word Sir. Yes, the 104 boxes of cabinets were opened to begin installation. Does that sound unusual to those of you reading this review ?? BEWARE, USA Distributor and Fabuwood require you open each box before the truck driver leaves, or Good Luck to you Mr. consumer. The hourly labor to make repairs "requested" were inflated in the reply. I did have to eat this cost, no matter what the rate.
This distributor has no apparent authority with their wholesaler, Fabuwood. Their representative promises recourse for consumer problems, but won't deliver.
Referring to the Pandemic is a novel response though.

Dealing with remodeling and contractors is usually a very hellish experience. USA Distributors has been my go-to, regardless of which contractor I use, for materials and items for the home. I've redone my living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom in the past few years. Each time, I was able to turn to USA Distributor and their very useful website and helpful staff to assist with various parts of my projects. I whole-heatedly recommend them to all my friends and family!

We bought kitchen cabinets from USA and needed then delivered within 1 week. They went up and beyond to make sure we receive the cabinets in time, and we just closed on the house. Super service, highly recommended.
