It was a difficult time for us to learn…
It was a difficult time for us to learn that the financial advisor we had trusted for 22 years had not informed us that he had lost his licence and had not had a legal agreement with Utmost since 2023. We were shocked. Utmost answered all the questions we had and reassured us that our Policy was safe.
Response time was extremely quick and hrlpful.

Customer Support Team gave me the wrong…
Customer Support Team gave me the wrong start date of my policy, meaning if I transferred my annual lump sum just after that date, I would have been hit with a very significant chargeable tax event.
In fact, in the email sent to me, they mentioned 2 different policy renewal dates, both of which were wrong!

Breathe of fresh air
Whilst resolving a sensitive issue I dealt with Lesia from Customer Support, she went above and beyond the service level I expect from Utmost International and took on board the task herself. Lesia reassured me that the she would do what she could to help. Without prompting Lesia contacted me days later to confirm she had liaised with other departments to ensure smooth processing and completion of the request.
Lesia's work ethic and understanding of the situation is a breathe of fresh air in this era of stringent workflow tasks and fixed SLA's. I would be very happy for Lesia to deal with all of my queries in the future.
