Saw a light shade I liked in a holiday house we’d just stayed in. The only 1 I could find similar was from Valuelights and it was a great price.

Looks great in the downstairs toilet!

I purchased 2 ceiling fans. They were a good price and were delivered quickly.
They were tricky to construct insitu but look and work great.
The instructions weren't very clear but we overcame this quite quickly.
One had a damaged part but the communication from ValueLights was very prompt and professional. It was dealt with very quickly.
I wouldn't hesitate to order from ValueLights again.

This review is good and bad.
I bought the Value Lights Infinity Black Circle Integrated LED Ceiling Fan & Remote. It was delivered and I had it installed by an electrician on the Friday. The following Wednesday it was completely dead. No light, no fan, nothing. I called the electrician back and he said he couldn't help. It was faulty and would have to be returned to B & Q where I had bought it online.
I was pleased with the first one and have ordered the same model again. Here's hoping it was an unfortunate 'one off' and this one will be alright.

Very quick delivery, love my light and it came in at a good price. It is a little flimsy but where it is sitting in the corner its safe where it is. Lovely light from it, more than I thought there would be. Really modern looking, loving it.

Now I've had lights from value lights before.....I've been very happy with my standard light it's quite a talking point when it's not been seen before ! Recently I've bought 2 touch lights for the bedroom and they are great I've gone a bit dareing for me and orderd black lights and they look fabulous 👌🏻( and they work well too )

Lovely lamp, nice quality but instructions on adding the lampshade were worse than hopeless. It took 3 people to actually turn it rightside out. Evri drop off a bit vague on delivery times, but easier to pick up than wait in for a delivery that never comes.

Customer service is incredible. The company are incredibly responsive to emails so rest assured when ordering that they’ll help however they can.

I have ordered lamps and lights a few times from this company and have always been happy with the products and received a good, quick service. I failed to report damage to my latest purchase within the allowed timescale for replacement/refund, one of the glass tubes on the light fitting was cracked upon delivery. Callum explained this to me, however he organised a replacement which I received within a few days. Callum gave an excellent customer service and has probably gained more future custom for the company as I have already recommended the company to family and friends.

Lovely light, as described and photographed. Fast delivery. Parcel initially missing 2 extra bulbs that were ordered but a simple email to ValueLights meant we had the extra bulbs within a couple of days with no extra charges for delivery.

I bought a single globe pendant light to compliment a set of lights I had bought that were really expensive.
I was a little apprehensive that the quality wouldn't be of a similar appearance. Absolutely shouldn't have worried, brilliant quality.
The price was exceptional as was the delivery. Great all round service.

This item looked really good online, but was even better when we received it! It has really complimented our kitchen ceiling and provides effective lighting! We are also surprised by the quality of the item as it is really good value for money! We will certainly use this site again and would strongly recommend this company!
