This item looked really good online, but was even better when we received it! It has really complimented our kitchen ceiling and provides effective lighting! We are also surprised by the quality of the item as it is really good value for money! We will certainly use this site again and would strongly recommend this company!

Can’t fault ValueLights at all, I’ve had two lamps and a ceiling light. There was a small issue with the lamps and that was rectified very quickly. Customer service was fab, and the orders arrive within a timely manner.

I haven’t received my parcel
This morning i was emailed by a lily who blatantly just decided not to respond to my emails and just asked me “what do you want me to do”
Its unacceptable absolutely unprofessional especially when i was waiting on a order for a £600 light
Im not even offered a refund they were blatantly rude and vulgar

Excellent communication via email, with response on the same day, which I have never known before! The lights were well packed, and look better than in the pictures! I had to return a faulty solar light as it didn't work after a few days, on emailing the company with this information , along with evidence of postage, they replied immediately offering me a replacement. I received 4 more! I cannot praise this company enough! They provide a very professional customer service and support, that is responsive to customer needs, along with a very prompt and efficient service. Keep up the good work as I will definitely be recommending you to my friends and family and will never purchase lights from any other company a huge THANKYOU!

Great item, bought a 120cm fish bubble lamp from this company, love the fact this company has a bigger sized. My twins love this its so calming for them. The customer service from this company was great! The first package that was sent was lost by the courier, ValueLighrs were quick to respond and very quick to provide solutions. Got my lamp sent quickly again.

Parcel did not arrive, evri lied about trying to deliver, asked for refund and was refused until we return the item which evri has said is missing and cannot find, would avoid as very poor customer service, this has ruined our grandaughters birthday who is autistic and us who is out of pocket, will continue to post negative feedback each day until we recieve a regund.

A small issue with bulbs for ceiling fan but instantly refunded. The 24 inch / 3 blade ceiling fan we bought is really quiet and works brilliantly. Thanks for the prompt service and after care support. 5 stars
