Amazing lights at a fraction of the cost!

Please do not ever buy from this shop. I bought a lamp and it was damaged. I asked for a refund and used their link to send the parcel back. They're not issuing refund on the basis that the parcel hasn't reached them. How am I liable for this when I used their provided label and handed it over to evri. This business is a scam kindly avoid.

No sooner had I placed.my order, it arrived. Great turnaround time and the lights were brilliant and just what I needed. So all in all a great shopping experience and I'll return when I want something else.

I bought a pair of ceramic based lamps with white shades from value lights. They are absolutely beautiful, great quality and such great value. One of the shades was slightly damaged but within 72hrs I was sent a replacement . The customer service is fantastic. I would highly recommend this company. Excellent service.

Bought a tall black floor lamp from Value Lights recently and am very impressed all around. They offer a first order discount which I didn't qualify for because the lamp was on sale and so cheap it didn't meet the threshold. Communication with their customer service was excellent, and delivery was exceptionally fast and reasonably priced. Will be shopping with them again.

Ordered 2 lights from Valuelights, but only one arrived, I emailed them and they were quick to reply and confirmed that it was their mistake. They sent out another one immediately and I received it the next day. Exceptional service and I won't hesitate to purchase from Valuelights in the future

I ordered a lamp via Amazon on an Amazon Prime delivery and the product failed to arrive and what disappointed me most is the complete lack of communication from both the Seller and the Courier Company EVRI. I am still none the wiser 2 days after delivery, despite chasing and asking for an update. ValueLights have advised it could (!) take up to 48 hours to get a response from EVRI regarding the delay. Not good enough these days. Beware of this company

Had a smart plug that went faulty and the company were friendly and efficient in the process of a refund. Would use them again without hesitation

Good product once it arrived
However I ordered for next day delivery which they didn’t arrive on time, came 3 days later . When I emailed to ask to be reimbursed for postage they said delivery address was not correct and therefore could not! The address was on the order ! They then asked me to leave a review, so here we are .

I have edited my review and given 5 stars based on my recent experience of dealing directly with the team at Value Lights.

I purchased a floor lamp via The Range which arrived with a faulty shade. The Range were not particularly helpful to be honest, however following my review on here Value Lights got in touch and immediately resolved the issue by sending me a replacement shade.

The lamp itself is really sturdy and great value for money, the new shade looks stunning and I’m really pleased with it.

I would recommend dealing with value lights directly rather than through a third party retailer like The Range as the customer service and issue resolution is far better.

Purchashed a lamp but the base was faulty. Callum @ Valuelights responded promptly and arranged a replacement. He promised go test it himself before sending. The replacement arrived and works perfectly and looks great. Great customer service.

Great products at a very good price.

We've bought a few things from them and been very satisfied. Only ever had one 'issue' which was when a delivery company delivered someone else's parcel to us as well as our own. Customer service was rapid, friendly, professional and generous.

Definitely recommend them.

I ordered a light from the Range, didn’t know it was farmed out to value lights, I cancelled the order, well before dispatch, but they sent it anyway.
I returned it using the label they provided, then after originally (via Klarna) refunded my first payment.
Then, with no contact, they declined the return and charged me again,
I’ve given them every bit of information they requested but because they cannot locate it they are just going to charge me anyway
What a way to run a business
Just want my refund and two future payments cancelled
