I ordered a light from the Range, didn’t know it was farmed out to value lights, I cancelled the order, well before dispatch, but they sent it anyway.
I returned it using the label they provided, then after originally (via Klarna) refunded my first payment.
Then, with no contact, they declined the return and charged me again,
I’ve given them every bit of information they requested but because they cannot locate it they are just going to charge me anyway
What a way to run a business
Just want my refund and two future payments cancelled

Prior to ordering phoned to confirm some measurements. Had reassurance from gentleman who took time to listen and check information. Answer gave me confidence to go ahead on line and order. Happy with the light fitting and would use ValueLights again.

Beautiful variety of lights, look more expensive than they are. I ended up with one faulty product but this was sorted out immediately with a replacement which arrived a few days later. Excellent customer service from Callum.

Ordered a couple of bamboo lattice type lamp shades through Amazon. Delivery was very fast, the next day.

However one of the shades was slimmer than the other so I phoned Valuelights and they immediately sent another one out on next day delivery, and told us to keep the other one. Very impressed with the customer service levels. And we love the lamp shades.

Ordered ceiling lights and bedside lights. First time using Value Lights- was recommended by my son. Found the website easy to navigate and filters helpful in drilling down to my requirements.
Delivery was quick, products were well packaged and prices reasonable.
Now installed and I’m very pleased.

I have previously ordered from this supplier via Amazon, however on this occasion Evri failed to deliver resulting in my cancelling the order. The customer service was excellent, prompt, friendly and efficient!

Ordered a pair of lamps in January . Unfortunately not long after using them one of them stopped working .
I emailed the company and had contact with Lily . She could not have been more helpful . I now have a replacement light all within 4 days of the email .

These people are great- I’m sure the company is great too- but the people in it are what makes it. We had a light which hadn’t enjoyed the courier experience and arrived damaged - you actually get to speak to a real person and the replaced it immediately- couldn’t ask for better service. Their range of lights is huge - we needed 2 lamps and ordered 3 for choice- all were very good quality and arrived speedily. Thank you- will use again without hesitation.

Bought a pair of lovely lamps via The Range but they were split into 2 deliveries. Evri failed to deliver one - no response from The Range but Valuelights could not have been more helpful. They sent out a replacement which arrived quickly. Great customer service.
