Vehicle Mats UK Bewertungen

Delivered in great time and excellent quality.

Perfect fit in my car, the press stud holes for the front mats snap-in very well and the material is very nice considering I went for "standard"!

Great service, highly recommended.

The mat I ordered arrived within the stated time frame and is excellent quality at a great price.
The size initially was not quite accurate for my vehicle, but the may was usable. I emailed just to provide feedback, not seeking to complain at all, but was sent a replacement who's size had been adjusted based on my feedback. I couldn't ask for better customer service

Recently Purchased mats for my Caddy Maxi Life excellent service, excellent quality. product so much better than poor quality sold by other EBay sellers communication is excellent would definitely recommend very happy Thankyou

I ordered the wrong mats , not realising the MG face lift late 2024 version was different to the early 2024 , Chris fixed it quickly , my replacement mats arrived in 5 days.

They fit perfectly onto the original floor mounts and fit around pedals superbly , the red trim is just the icing on the cake.

Very happy customer.

Amazing customer service, great prices, suburb car mats I couldn’t be happier.

Thank you so much for going above and beyond when my delivery - nothing at all to do with you directly- went a little south! Amazing gesture from yourselves to resolve and much appreciated.

Exceptional service - good quality mats and boot liners. Previously ordered 5mm boot liners for four different cars. Really good quality and fit well. For one of the cars in our family, they worked off a template for the liner as the car was 28+ years old. They did a great job and charged the same price as if it was a newer car. They take great care in providing good quality mats. Have ordered only one set of luxury drivers / passenger mats and also found them to be excellent quality. One of the mats had faulty mat clips and Chris went out of his way to provide exceptional service by ordering a replacement. A problem with our daughters’ Uni address saw him divert the delivery to our home address to ensure it arrived before she went back to Uni. Very grateful for his helpfulness and for supplying four new mats instead of the one just needed! Would have no hesitation in recommending to others and will use again, when needed.

Absolutely excellent. High quality quick delivery. Couldn’t ask for more.

This is the second time I have ordered mats each time for a different vehicle. Mats fit well and are well made, arriving in a reasonable time. Only slight problem for me is that the dark grey trim is not quite as dark as expected. This is an inevitable consequence of ordering on line and definitely not the fault of Vehicle Mats who offered to replace immediately had they sent the wrong trim. I have found them to offer good customer service, reliable quality and good delivery time.

Great service, fasy delivery even on custom items, great quality and fit (Renault Clio).
Prices very competitive, would definitely recommend.

Brilliant service. Was very happy with the mats when they arrived, until I realised I had ordered the wrong set. I enailed customer service, got a swift reply with instructions on how to measure the position of the clips. We sorted out which mats I needed and they were despatched within a week. Very happy customer and happy to recommend.

I chose black mats with purple edging and my name. I love them. They fit so easily and look beautiful.
I had a query and the customer service was great. Couldn't fault them.
I definitely recommend this company.

Fantastic quality car mats that are bespoke made to your design and absolutely brilliant customer service.
They definitely feel like good value for money and would definitely recommend buying from them.

I accidentally purchased the wrong mats for my car not realising the sport model required a different size and unfortunately when they arrived they didn’t fit. I contacted the customer service team to see if I could return them in exchange for the correct size mats and in a matter of hours, I had an email response to say to keep the ones I had purchased and put them in my car temporarily to keep the floors clean whilst they send me the correct size ones completely free of charge. I couldn’t believe it - it’s a rarity to receive this level of customer service and it was so appreciated.

Very happy with my order! Ordered a set of mats for my Seat Leon, nothing fancy, just the basic carpet type and no-extra-cost dark grey edging and I'm really happy with them. They fit perfectly with no fuss, look really good in the car and the overall order experience was excellent. There's a little wait while they make the order and ship it, but since they're made to order it's not a big deal and the shipping is fast. I'm considering getting a boot mat from them now too and would happily recommend them to folks!

Ordered my mats on Christmas and they came quickly and fit perfectly. Amazing quality.

Fantastic, high quality floor mat for my T6. Exceptional, regular communication to keep me updated on the progress of my order and a great price. Really pleasant experience.

Great service from Vehicle Mats UK

Ordered their heavy duty rubber mats for my car during the Xmas break and they arrived first week in Jan as promised
The mats are great, perfect fit - fantastic communications throughout order to receipt of goods

Top marks

Customer service simply outstanding!
I ordered the wrong mats (only realised after order was delivered and I messaged Chris)
It was my mistake and yet they sent out the correct mats, no extra charge. Outstanding!

Really happy with my purchase. Great email communication and confirmation. Item arrived before expected receipt date provided which was a bonus. Really good quality and actually fit perfectly (I’ve tried other companies with my reg and they have all arrived incorrect). Would definitely recommend 😊

Amazing customer service when the logistics company have failed and support to amend my order. Chris has been responsive and courteous and couldn’t have been more helpful.
In fact, the experience even prompted me to come and write this review!

The mats for my smart car were perfect. The quality, the trim, and they arrived sooner than expected. The price is also a bargin for custom made mats. Website is easy to navigate and they kept me up to date on the progress of my mats. What more can I ask for! It is so nice to deal with a company who know their products who offers a wonderful service all round. I shall recommend their excellent service to my family and friends.
