Absolutely disgraceful, over the past 2 days, constant downtime, over 12 hours at one point, cannot get in contact with support lines and when you do, they tell you 'turn it on and off again' which WE HAVE BEEN DOING.
Switching ISPs shortly and recommending fully against this ISP, incompentency around every corner.

Vfast Airfibre system isn't fit for purpose, certainly where we are living anyway. And we are paying a lot of money for what has been a problematic and patchy service for years. The amount of opened tickets ive done will testify to this. It has taken up to a few weeks to reply to a ticket, so i always call now. And its got worse. I don't understand all the details but they are waiting for the mod to enable them to change the frequency. Why was this situation allowed? Why your customers are treated like this? We now have no usable WiFi, for tv, alexa etc, so relying on our mobile hot-spot facility. This is really appalling service, we believe we have been referred for receiving some compensation, when will we hear about this? Perhaps all the histoic problems should be taken into account. And when will the problem be sorted? My advice would be to avoid vfast airfibre system.
Bog standard copied reply. We are calling vfast every day, and still not getting this sorted.
Further update- email explaining situation, lets hope it gets sorted out soon.

My wifi went down, so i called them up. Amazing to discover they probably have a call centre in the UK. Very helpful people and they guy fixed my issue remotely. All done.

Had a problem with my internet connection. Vfast were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Had an issue at the caravan site for the Internet they sorted out the issue very fast and efficiently! The issue couldn't be resolved with 1 call however a temp gateway was created to sort the issue out and it was perfect rest of the week. Emails were sent quickly with passwords for the WiFi.

Constant crash outs which have been going on for months now. The consultant has tried to sort it but it’s now 4 months and no change. Everything takes so long and I know they’re only taking direction but as a company this is awful. I’ve got pages and pages of calls and solutions tried.
This means no TV and I need the internet as I work for a health charity from home which impacts my work and the people I support.
It’s easier to find the Bermuda Triangle to get a new modem it seems.
I’ve been paying £39 a month for 4 months and cannot guarantee the service and can sit here for hours without internet ( it was down again 1am to 7.30am today)
I will be taking court action to get this money back for a service we just haven’t received.
