Guests had broken the Internet??? All needed to be reset, absolute superstar on the end of the phone at vfast talked me through the whole process (I needed lots of help!) and it was up and running again.

I explained that there is a severe lagging issue when either gaming or streaming live television
We had a chat about the whole of the internet being used when I have my kids which I understand, but the lagging and buffering is still present when I am home alone

Can't praise this company enough! Rang up on a Saturday, straight through to an extremely helpful and patient call handler, who listened, looked into it, identified the fault, and rectified. Waited whilst I concurred it was put right and even rang me on Monday before closing the case.

I am still getting problems with my internet this is really frustrating now I have been trying to call you from Tuesday today is Friday and still haven’t got hold of any response your taking your money from my account and I am still got the problem in the past 6 months I have made a lot of calls to you about this and I have said do I need new internet equipment and I get is no you don’t need.
