I had a great customer service experience with the vivup app, especially with staff Aleksandra. I ordered something through the app but didn’t receive 2 items. I contacted her, and she kept me updated properly and followed up on my order. Thanks to her help, I received it within 3 days.

I regularly buy egift cards from vivup and they are usually more or less instant. On this occasion there was a delay and I was concerned because of it's usual efficiency which I had come to expect. I wrote a message and had a very quick reassuring response that my egift card would be on it's way but had been slightly delayed from the supplier. Within the hour it arrived. Great. Great customer service
Due to an error on my part while purchasing vouchers though Perkbox, Robert on the live chat helped resolve the situation extremely quickly.
