Lovely lady explained what was about to happen with ear wax removal must be 30 years since I last had done! Then was water this was a mini hoover so suction. Very caring and assessed other ear which probably needs a hoover out too! Advised on specific oil to use not Otex leaves sticky and can cause problems if you go beyond theee days. All in all I can now hear the dogs barking 10 mile away! Hurrah wish I had more ears for them to take care of for me! Highly recommend.

The procedure was very quick and easy and the operator was very pleasantand informative. Much more affordable than going to a private clinic

Visited today for an ear micro-suctioning procedure after suffering various ear problems. Jirina fully explained how the procedure would be done & what to expect. The results after were amazing & although I need to return in a weeks time, this is not due to any issues with the pharmacy

Needed to find a local Travel Clinic for vaccinations, VSM Pharmacy came up in my search engine and checked the website for services provided.
I filled out my enquiry form and got a 30 minute consultation booked for the next day.
There is parking behind the shop, the Pharmacy staff are friendly, polite and efficient to complete paperwork before the consultation.
I met the Pharmacist who is super, knowledgeable and once we had established that the vaccination is the correct course for my requirements, administered effortlessly.
Very happy with the service and can highly recommend for any additional travel needs and other services in the private clinic.

Jirina was friendly and explained the procedure. Showed the ear wax build up and then removed it. Would definitely go back for another procedure.

I received fantastic support from Jirina throughout my weight loss journey. If I find I have to restart medication I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

Unfortunately paid £100 pounds for procedure that didn't work and asked to pay another £40 without assurance will work - could be a con!

Opened at 9am and we were met promptly by Julie Mac - who explained the cryotherapy for my son's verucca. She was kind and ensured we had our questions answered. She applied the treatment and explained the after care.
My son was relaxed and put at ease.
The main chemist sold a wide range of goods, and we bought several other items as part of our visit.
A very cheerful practice, with kind and friendly ladies!

My son has had multiple issues with warts. So we always use VSM despite providers much closer to home. I find as they are always efficient friendly the experience is so much nicer and worth the travel. I highly recommend them.

Great service with experienced pharmacists who sorted my blocked ears. Nice to be able to watch the TV on a lower volume!!

The pharmacist was incredibly helpful. She clearly explained what would happen during the ear cleaning process and provided support through a follow-up appointment, along with clear instructions for the interim period.
