I had follow up cryotherapy treatment. My wart was almost gone, but I felt it would benefit from another treatment. It was very easy to make an appointment and I was seen on time.
The lady who treated me was lovely and I would be happy to return if needed in the future.

It was so easy to get an appointment, I was seen promptly on arrival. The lady who treated me with microsuction was very professional, kind and helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

Very impressed with the service I received at VSM . I went to have cryotherapy on my to large Sebaceous
Wart on the very top of my leg that was hanging off and keeps getting caught in my underwear or when pulled my trousers up. The process was so smooth had consultation and the wart was treated all in the same session.
Fingers crossed it will now fall off which can take up to 4 weeks. If not I will return for another round of cryotherapy. Staff was very attentive and helpful and talked the process through step by step. Prices very reasonable. I would definitely recommend VSM. Thank you for a seamless service

Very happy indeed with my appointment today to unblock my ears with micro-suction.
I only made the appoint yesterday after using a proprietary ear wax softener for several days.
My appoint was at 09.00, which I chose. It started on time, and I was attended to by a lovely lady who asked me several questions before deeming I was suitable for the procedure. I then signed an agreement on a PDA after she had explained what would happen.
She took photographs of my inner ear including what she could see of the ear drum, then used a very thin suction tube to gently suck out the wax. She then showed me pictures of the insides of my ears again, which were clear.
The whole process took less than 15 minutes, was totally painless, but I have to be honest it was quite loud, but she had warned about this and demonstrated the noise, before she began.
The consultation ended with her giving good advice on ear care, and I left very satisfied with the results.
I will certainly use this service again, should I need to and have already recommended them to a family member who will be using VSM Pharmacy in the near future.
