Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I can see that you emailed us on the 07th August 2026 raising concern that the bin had a bad odour and the appropriate detergent was not used as part of the bin clean. We did respond back to you via email on the same day to advise ‘We can confirm that the bin was cleaned using our specialist bin washing machine and disinfected internally using our bin cleaning solution. However, please note that while our cleaning process helps to reduce odours, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of longstanding smells during a one-off clean. Odour elimination is typically achieved through regular cleaning and maintenance rather than a single service.

Very informative
The operative was very informative. He explained everything he was going to do. He was polite and funny. He gave suggestions. When finished, he said what he did. The only suggestion I could make is to let the tennant know they are on their way.

Fitting fine mesh covers to airbricks to deter mice.
I had quick replies from the staff in the office who phoned to arrange the date. The service store worker who carried out the work needed to see what the work involved in the first visit so he could order the materials. This also resulted in a more accurate cost. Once he had the materials the same worker came back on another date and did a really good job. He arrived on time and explained to me what he was doing. I am very pleased with the work he carried out.

The gentleman from pest control has visited me a few times over the years for mice.He is professional, polite and friendly. He takes his time and carrys out the service to a high standard. In addition to this, he always explained what he's doing and the next steps. I feel like a valued customer.
