As new parents to a premature baby girl who cannot regulate her body temperature, we desperately needed this air conditioner to keep her safe during the extreme 35°C+ heat.

The delivery was handled by DX Freight. It never arrived despite confirmation texts. After hours on hold, they admitted it was lost. When we contacted Morphy Richards, their customer service manager Alex was polite and issued a refund — but that left us in a far worse position. They couldn’t (or wouldn’t) provide a replacement due to stock issues, and now suitable units are impossible to find.

We are exhausted new parents dealing with a vulnerable premature newborn who urgently needs a stable cool environment for her health. Instead of helping us resolve this critical issue, we got an apology and told we’d receive a refund, that hasn’t yet materialised, but doesn’t solve anything. No urgency, no compassion for the medical circumstances we clearly explained, and no real attempt to put things right.

BE VERY CLEAR THIS COMPANY WILL EVADE ANY WARRANTY IF IT CAN.
BE ALSO VERY CLEAR IT OPERATES POLICIES THAT ARE BORDERLINE LEGAL. BEING PLASTICS IN ITS DOMESTIC PRODUCTS WHEREBY THEY SAY WITHIN ACCEPTABLE LIMTS. EXAMPLE THE KETTLE RANGE WHICH CONSUMERS USE HAS PLASTICS WHICH ARE BORDERLINE WHICH THEY DEEM ACCEPTABLE LIMITS. THERE SHOUL BE NO ACCABLE LIMTS AND ALL KETTLES SHOULD BE 100% SAFE.

Disappointed. Waiting for a product that didn’t arrive in the scheduled delivery timeframe. Emailed customer services to cancel the order so that we could get a refund and order elsewhere and were told they had forgotten our parcel at the depo - no apology but was rescheduled for the following week - same thing happened! Annoying when you take time off to receive a delivery. I’m not normally a “Karen” about things but we emailed again to explain what happened and this time they agreed to a refund but it’s been a week and nothing so far. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this company based from our experience unfortunately.

Punctuality, never once being made to feel my request was a task that they didn't want to tackle. From the very start of my enquiry everything was great especially the final result, customer service exactly how it should spot on!

I have had a lot of toasters over the years as I am 80 years old this last one from you is the worry I have ever had will never buy another one from you

I had a Morphy Richards kettle which suddenly stopped working. I contacted the company and they responded very quickly and helpfully. As requested by them, I sent photos and again received a prompt reply from Rich. He advised me to send the kettle back to Amazon and seek a refund or replacement. Within no time at all I'd contacted Amazon and arrange for the kettle to be returned. Next thing I know there's a refund on its way to me. So, thank you, Rich for your extremely speedy and professional help. Well done!

Thank you so much for solving my issue .. I bought a kettle from Morphy Richards since August 2024, but unfortunately it stopped working only this month (June 2026).
With the 2 years warranty, I asked the customer service to look into the issue. Luckily, within 10 days the issue was solved and a new kettle was provided..

Very happy with Morphy Richards customer service.

Had issues with an electric blanket which stopped working. Had to provide evidence through photos/videos which is fair enough. Once information sent through, customer service was excellent and sent replacement out promptly.

Jack was patient and helpful. We got there in the end!

Jack the customer service rep was really helpful with my faulty item.

I rang about avoiding hard water deposits building up in steam iron. I've had the model 303131 for over five years and it has been fantastic. Customer support, Rich, was very helpful and suggested a number of ideas to reduce calcium build-up. Would highly recommend this product and Morphy Richards' customer service.

Excellent customer service when I encountered a fault. The guidance was straightforward and clear, helpful, prompt and courteous. A fantastic service and highly recommended!

Got a prompt courteous reply with helpful suggestions even though the team couldn’t solve my problem directly. They were apologetic for not being able to help more and this is refreshing in an era where big companies can be very obstructive to communicating directly with customers.
