Ordered a brown 1/4-zip cardigan, but the color I received was much more orange and did not match the website photos. When I tried to return it, I was told I’d have to pay $30–$50 for international return shipping—despite the website advertising “hassle-free” returns and a “full refund,” with no mention of return fees. Shipping was also advertised as “premium” but took nine days. Offered only 20% cash back or 100% store credit. Very misleading experience.

Ordered 2 tops of the same size, got 2 tops of totally different sizes, each one different and neither was close to what I ordered. There were no tags, no brand, no fabric content, nothing.

Worst purchase I’ve ever made. I ordered products for $235. The website said delivery would take 5–10–14 days, but my order arrived after 25 days, so I missed the occasion it was meant for. When it arrived, the quality was very bad and not like the photos at all. I did not use the items. I contacted customer service immediately, but they asked me to pay $70 for return shipping, even though their website says returns are easy and you get a full refund within 30 days. Very bad and unfair experience. I do not recommend this company.

I would give them zero stars! There is no return process! Unable to go to their website. No phone number. Cheap product. Not true to size. I regret not reading reviews before ordering!

This company is a joke. Stay away and don't waste your money. Ordered leather jacket and received junk one. Nothing that match website offer.
Jacket is in plastic bag now and ready for Goodwill donation. Very disappointed.

As many others have said, I would give this company zero stars.

The boots I ordered were made with rubber so thin it looks like the same weight and kind of rubber used on bicycle tire tubes. It took them 14 days to get here. The return policy quoted online is that returns are easy. This is BS. They want to charge $50 to return a single item of terrible quality. Either that or they’d be delighted to give you full credit on another overpriced and horrible quality product.

They are liars and manipulators from the jump. The professed online return policy DOES NOT EXIST! The
clothes are of extremely low quality. A landfill would reject them. Am pursuing, through my CC company, a dispute of a recent purchase. The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Run like your privates are aflame.

TERRIBLE experience and still not even 1/2 of the money returned. Ordered 2 turtle necks, which were too off size to be usable and too cheaply made to be able to gift to a very small person. "Easy" return for refund would cost $30=$50 to return to China. No label to identify the fabric, washing directions etc. Finally I accepted refund for half - but no sign of that. This company should be stopped.

I purchased a coat from these guys. It arrived and was a poor fit and low quality fabric. It’s clear the item is never sold at the $399 they claim is the regular price. It’s just bait advertising as being 70% off.

Since their website prominently displays a ‘30 Day Money Back Guarantee’ with the unambiguous and clear statement - ‘If the product does not meet your expectations, simply return it for a full refund’.

They have strenuously resisted all requests for refund on the terms they promote. Instead they offer a ‘cash back’ as a substitute and claim a return will incur a cost of $50 to me. I have told them I have no interest in that, and I just want to ‘simply return it for a full refund.’

On that basis I have already lodged a formal complaint with the FTC about deceptive advertising and requested that they thoroughly investigate the Watson and Carter site.

False advertising. Material quality and color is not per the website. Returns are a nightmare and cost as much as the purchase.
International delays, fees, etc. Poor quality in addition. Do not order from this company. Period.

Total scam. My mom ordered a $90 coat from them and it is super cheap, Shein quality. Worth $5 at most. I have been going back and forth with them on behalf of my mom trying to get a refund, but they will not budge. As stated in other reviews on here, their return policy is nonexistent. Basically you pay the international shipping fees to return the item to them. Will have to dispute this with her bank. Please do not buy from this company.

Worst customer service ever! I was sent the wrong size product and very poor qualtity. buttons too big for button holes. And they are telling me I have to pay a $50 shipping charge to return items!!!! and they will only credit my account 15% of the cost!!!!!

I purchased a winter coat which arrived quickly but I was completely shocked as the item I received is nothing like the one advertised on their website. The material is very cheap and the fit is very ill-fitting. The sizes are off. The coat came with no label or size. The return process is impossible and nonexistent. The company advertised “Easy Returns” but that is NOT the case. It is impossible to return a merchandise. I would never ever buy from this company and I do not recommend them. It is a very bad experience, something I would not wish anyone to experience.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT!!! Would give negative or zero stars if possible. Complete scam. I ordered a 3X jacket based on the size chart - actually one size larger than needed. The jacket I received, although marked 3X is probably a small. I am still fighting them over their "easy refund - return" process. The quality of the jacket is also marginal. They will only give a 30% refund if you keep the item and 100% refund if you return it to their warehouse in China at a cost of $30-$50. I attempted to negotiate a higher refund; the most they would do is 50%. I have reported this fraud and deception to my credit card in order to get the full refund. I told them I will go to Social Media and place negative comments wherever I can. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT!!!

FOLLOW UP: After telling them I had contacted my credit card and was going to contact Consumer Fraud agencies they sent me an email stating they would "make an exception" and provide a 100% refund. I am keeping the claim open with my credit card until the refund is posted.

If I can give zero stars I would. Total scam! False advertising to the max! The product you expect to receive is totally different from what they advertise on their website. I purchased a jacket for $89+ and what I received was a piece of felt looking material. Refunds are out of the question. DO NOT SHOP AT THEIR WEBSITE!!!!

DEFINITELY NOT WHAT IT APPEARS. PICTURES ARE NOT what you receive, plus they’re definitely not sized appropriately. I am a size 10 -ordered size large and what I got I would say is around the lines of an extra small to a small. when I try to return they recommended, I pay another $30 and they send me 'the correct size' and I keep the other one. this is going to be more trouble than it’s worth so please take the time to read my review as I never ever write bad reviews, but I just don’t want you getting scammed as well:(

This is a complete scam. I bought two “cardigans “, and they turned out to be cheap polyester horribly made terrible shirts. Do not trust this company.
