DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They do not honor their return policy at all!!!! Ordered pants for my husband from their instagram ad. The material looked completely different online than in real life. Contacted for return and was told "we’d be happy to offer you a 10% cashback, refunded directly to your original payment method, with no return required. This allows you to save money, avoid extra steps, and resolve everything quickly and smoothly." When I pushed back I got the following "To be fully transparent, because our items are shipped from our international partner, returning a product involves international shipping, handling, and processing. In practice, return shipping typically costs around $30–$50 USD per item, is paid by the customer, and requires additional transit time before any refund can be reviewed and processed. That’s exactly why we offer faster, simpler, and more beneficial alternatives. Option 1: A 20% cashback, refunded immediately to your original payment method, with no return required. Option 2: A 100% store credit equal to your full purchase amount, with no expiration date and full flexibility to use on any future order." Pushed back again and the best they would offer is 30% back. RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!!

This company‘s refund policy is a scam. If you need to return an item, they say they will give you a refund, but to return an item you have to do it internationally because they ship from overseas. They say you can keep the item and they will give you a 20% refund or 100% credit to their store.
The items are of poor quality. They are not like the pictures.

This company is a scam and not at all what the website portrays. I ordered a cardigan sweater which appeared lovely on the website. I received a rag with no labels or tags. Within one half hour of ordering I requested to cancel the order. I was “too late.” When the item arrived I emailed asking how to return it. I was told they would refund 10% and I could keep the item. They then offered 20%, 30%, 40% and a final offer of 50%. When I refused all offers I was told I had to return the item to China which would cost $30 to $50 and take a number of weeks to resolve. The item was shipped to me from New York and according to the website the company is in New York. I paid $59.95 for the item. To be done with the company I accepted the 50% refund. This company is a complete scam. Stay away.

I ordered the same top as pictured from another two name company. Poorest quality, nothing like photo. This is total scam. They want you to pay to return items. Buyer beware!

Hassle free is a joke I’m in my third back and forth e mail I just don’t want their garbage clothing

I received 2 packages with several orders smashed up from China. I am requesting a return label. The clothes are poor quality and not what was advertised. They charged me for customs. Scamed over 700.00. They now want me to keep everything of which I can't use. They want me to pay shipping for each item, 30.00 to 50.00 each or keep item with only 10 % refund. This is so disturbing to use the word New York as to show the company was a legit quality company. I will keep you posted. Can the Post Master General help?

Like others, 1 star is too many. This is a Chinese scam. Cheap garbage shipped direct from Asia with no return policy other than shipping back to their Workers' Paradise at the customer's expense. Will always check 3rd party reviews in the future.

I order before Christmas and received my items Jan 7. The sweaters are terrible quality and too large. Website has hassle free returns. First the goods are made and shipped from China. Not as advertised as a NYC company. I contacted them to return the goods. I was given a choice of keeping the goods either a 30% refund, exchange the goods for a $50 fee, or return and pay $50 shipping back to China with all
types of conditions. When I pushed further for a return I was offered 50% refund. I took the 50% rather than the hassle of shipping to China. The company still kept a $125 of my money. The goods are such poor quality even Goodwill would not take them. Shame on scammers like this. Do not do business with them. I am reporting them to the New York attorney general. They should be put out of business as scammers.

I ordered a cardigan. It clearly said a cardigan and the photo was a cardigan. I got a cheap shirt. The customer service never explained whether it was a mistake. They said it would be too expensive to send the product back to an undisclosed location so offered me a 10% refund. I eventually was offered 20% refund or a credit. They present themselves as a New York company. I settle for 20% but should not have. Just found out a friend had the same thing happen. They are a fraud

Ordered a coat for my wife for Christmas what showed up couldn’t have been further from what was depicted on the website .contacted customer service for my “easy “no hassle return first time I was offered 10% off for my troubles second time 20 third time 30 fourth time 40 fifth time 50 maybe I should have kept going and eventually got a full easy refund ( ha ha ) …so in closing DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Just received the products ordered weeks ago. The items are made of some cheap material; cannot tell as there are no tags. They were delivered in a rolled up ball. I will be seeking a full refund for deceptive practices and if not refunded in full, I will dispute charge. Buyer Beware. Stay far away from this company and watch out for their fake ads on Instagram.

I ordered two shirts; they looked to be good quality. After waiting 10 days (late for Christmas) for them to arrive I discovered they are very poor-quality Chinese garments not worth the price even with their very deceptive half off listing. Their customer service rep was very responsive offering me a 10% discount return, after 4 rounds of E mail I settled on a 50% discount, this as their "final offer" before proceeding with a return. The return would be shipping at my expense to China to an address provided. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

This is the ugliest thing I've ever seen. The jacket is poorly made, the material is so ugly and covered in lints. Nothing like the item posted on their website. False advertisement, deceiving to customers. Please do not buy or trust this company. They're fake and not trustworthy. I could give a zero for the review if it was available.

Do not order from this company!! You cannot afford to return anything to them since they are located in Europe!! The sweater I ordered looks like they found it at Good Will. I paid $49.00 and received a refund of $9.00 but got to keep something I don't want!!

Ordered a 'knit' cardigan navy blue men's sweater. Got the worst looking polyester, all shades of blue rolled up ball piece of junk I'd ever seen. I didn't even show it to my spouse. Now I am playing a refund game with their 'customer service' 'person Sarah C. (not putting her last name in case she is a real person, not convinced) for a partial cash credit because shipping to their overseas supplier is so expensive. DO NOT order from this company.
