This company is a scam. I ordered a women’s jacket that took over 2 weeks to get here and instead of receiving a size 1x it is about a size 10. Then when I tried to return it, they said I could agree to 20% refund of what I paid or an exchange, the jacket is so cheaply made, I don’t want anything from them. They say the overseas shipping charges are so high, yet this company claims to be in New York. It’s just a big scam, stay away

I really wish I'd checked reviews BEFORE I ordered from these scammers. I trusted their claims of hassle free returns and the pictures of the quality jackets shown on their ads. Unfortunately, we ordered two and received ridiculously sized, poor quality junk. They're now trying to ship more junk in a different size because in my return request I simply stated poor fit and didn't point out what awful junk they are because I was trying to be positive. There is no positive with this scam company. I'm embarrassed to donate them which is probably turning out to be my only option although I'm still trying to return but holding little hope. Posting here to warn others: STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

First off, the products shown on the site are not what is received. Not even close. There is no actual store. So the people in customer service have no idea of the quality or lack there of, that is being DROP SHIPPED from china. Honestly it should’ve been dropped in the trash not the mail. Sheepskin leather turns out to be synthetic garbage that is about as nice as a plastic rain poncho. The tags are cut out of the items also. They will not honor the hassle free return policy stated on their site. They just keep sending emails offering discounts or store credit. And threatening you with being responsible for return shipping. Who wants store credit for more garbage? I didn’t think anyone could have worse quality than burlington but I was wrong. Long story short, stay away from this vendor

This is a bunch of liars and crooks. all the nice words on their website are not true or accurate. They send you a fourth rate product in a wildly inaccurate size and then tell you returns involve very expensive overseas shipping or you can have 20% of your money back. Stay far,far away.

This company is a scam ! O stars! Quality&fit so poor could and would not wear.Purchase of 2 items for $114.00 false advertising. These items are so bad I would not even give them to charity, Buyers be ware!!!!

I ordered a beautiful red cardigan sweater and after at least three weeks, a sweater arrived. It was a poor quality V neck, not the cardigan I needed and had seen on their website. I emailed them for a return label and refund and “Sarah” responded. She did not address the fact that the sweater was not what I ordered. She said I could opt for a 10% cash refund and then could give the sweater to someone else. I don’t know how the company will respond ultimately, but sending someone something different from what they ordered and not offering an immediate return is not good business practice. The company has refused to refund my money. They said returning it to China would cost from $40 to $50 and they would not pay for it.

I normally do not order on line clothing, as sizes really are NOT accurate. I made an order and received today-- COLORS AND SIZE WAY OFF!
I ordered this pretty blue and orange button down sweater, from the web site that have beautiful colors. Item is NOT a sweater, and colors are NOT beautiful, and the size orders is 2 times as big-- Item was $60.00 USS waste of money.
DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT WHAT YOU DIDN'T ORDER.

The advertised “hassle free returns” is a total lie. When the shirt I ordered was too small even for a child, their return offer was to let me keep it and they would give me 20% cash back. After many back and forth emails, they eventually raised to their “final” offer of 60% back OR I could send it to their warehouse IN CHINA for $30-$40 shipping! Oh they did offer a larger size for $10 more… makes you question the quality of the garment, which is cheap and flimsy. I will tell anyone who will listen to steer clear of this scam company.

I bought an All weather Jacket and nothing compared what the description and photo showed on the website. The materials are inferior and low super crappie quality for what I paid is practically a rip off. I wouldn't even pay $5. I wasted $75 for a cheap trash material.

I would leave 0 stars if it was an option. I ordered a velvet blazer that looked beautiful in the photo but is actually an unlined cheap shirt. This was supposedly half off at $65.00. In any case, while the website claims easy returns, after multiple emails with the company, I was advised it would cost $30.00 to $50.00 to return the stupid thing! I finally agreed to a 30 percent refund. They actually suggested I wear the item occasionally, re-gift it or donate it! Absolutely ridiculous.
This is clearly a scam and I cannot recommend strongly enough to avoid this company.

Ordered a shirt sized 2XL- which was so tiny I thought it was mis-labeled. So I emailed the company through a person called Sarah Collins asking for a replacement/exchange which their website says are free within 30 days, But NO, returns and exchange "policy" requires the customer to pay $40-$50 for international shipping and processing. They offered me another item - but check their sizing chart and all 3 large sizes(2XL3XL4XL) give the exact same measurements??
Finally gave up and will dispute cost with my credit card company.

Returns "policy" is a total ripoff. They say returns have to go to international courier and it will cost $40 in fees and take forever or they'll give you 15% of your purchase back. I disputed through my credit card. Avoid this ripoff company at all costs.
