Fake leather, cheap rubbish and then all quiet when I seek a refund .....they need to be exposed and shut down. I have seen the same items and pictures popping up under a different brand too.

Bought a cardigan which looked fine on line. Disappointed on arrival as poor quality. The website had London in the title so I was amazed when I asked to return it and they said I had to return it to China. The postage cost would have been £27.50 and first they offered a 20% discount and then 25% discount if I kept the item. Beware quality poor and return cost high. On the upside they did reply quickly to emails.

The coat I bought was listed as real leather but it is such cr*p quality that I’m not sure it’s even real plastic. The velvet dress is disgusting quality and both garments stink. They were squashed into the tiniest of cheap, plastic packaging so I knew I’d been had before I even opened the parcel. If something appears too good to be true…..
These people are Scammers who need/deserve jail time.

Confirmed by the honesty of the reviews that you are posting these people are exploiting and stealing and they need to be stopped. The Shop & Pay facility should block any payments to them immediately and if they can be black listed customers should have come back!! Banks should be able to claw back any payments to them.
Horrified by the quality of the order and no returns label?? Scammers!!!

If I could I would not award any stars! DO NOT order from this company/ website you will be ripped off! Totally defrauded and stolen my money.. good take so long to arrive and when they do, well they are of really poor quality and size. Then to return the rigmarole is unbelievable - I have not been able to locate the address given...

Not a London based firm. They trade out of China. The quality is poor, it may resemble what you thought you'd ordered. I didn't even try it on, it went straight in the clothes bank.

Bought trainers which arrived two weeks later. Now understand they came from China!! I don't like them and am expected to pay postage back to China! My advise is do not buy anything from this company!

Lies from beginning to end.
Company is based in China even though the website is called wesr with ivy london. My order took way longer than it was supposed to so I had to buy another coat to go away.
My request to cancel the order was denied as the coat had already been despatched but with the company tracking it hadn't even been packed.
When the item turned up it is not a coat at all but a cheap material hoodie.
I'm now paying to return it to China.

Beware don’t use this company. Misrepresentation of goods. Money back refund rubbish. To get a refund you have to send back to China. The company is not in London. Total Chinese rip off. I ordered a knitted Christmas Jumper & 3 weeks later a polyester one arrived. Trying to get refund from credit card.

Don’t be fooled! I waited 26 days and had 21 delivery delay messages for two crummy jumpers and when they arrived they smelt absolutely horrible and were at least three sizes smaller than the labels indicated. Poor quality goods from China. The advert says WEARWITHIVY LONDON…it’s not! You can’t get a refund, there’s no paperwork included in the parcel, no return address and you have to foot the bill for sending back to …….CHINA! This is a sinister online trick of the eye with a glossy face. PLEASE DO NOT GO NEAR THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND ENERGY! You will get polite rehearsed responses via email but it will come to nothing. They’ve already pocketed your cash by then. Using my professional knowledge to pursue this further and I won’t stop!

Do not use. They claim to be a shop closing down and selling stock before they relocate. Wish I’d read reviews beforehand…a huge error on my part.
Cheap material, they sent me 2 black dresses which I did not order and now if I want my money back I have to return clothes to an address in China. Awful. Don’t use.

I saw an ad on Instagram for a company that was selling up stock to move from a London store to the Midlands or similar. Unusually for me I didn't do any due diligence on the company before I placed the order for 2 long dresses (same dress in 2 colours). Stupidly for me I only looked them up after placing the order. I emailed them the next morning (less than 12 hours later) asking to cancel the order. It does say to contact them within 12 hours to cancel the order. They quickly replied saying that this was not possible because the goods has been dispatched. I would have to return the order when it arrived. The parcel arrived almost 2 weeks later, and like the other reviewers, the dresses are made of cheap polyester and are not wearable. I'm not going to even try & get a refund because after reading the other reviews it looks like it will be wasted effort anyway, and I would just lose more money in paying for the return delivery.

I'm going to rationalise the wasted £50 as a hard lesson to myself to go back to being my usual cautious self when buying things online!

To give Wear With Ivy (London) a chance, I did check to see if there was a city or province in China that is called London, but there isn't as far as I can see. I also have engaged in several emails back and forth to see if they were honorable and listened to my concerns, but they are not and did not. So, to my publicly aired grievances.
Caveat emptor, eh? I ordered three coats as a response to seeing an advert on Instagram. Yeah, I know, right, I must be my grandmother or something. This was in October. They looked good, but the size guide was unusual - I take an XL in most cases but their medium size measured larger than my current greatcoat. I ordered one which was medium, one large and one XL (three different coats). The price was certainly attractive! And they made every effort to make me believe this was a London-based company - it's in their name and website headers too - that was selling up stock to move to the Midlands or similar. A useful narrative. However, after just longer than two weeks (15th Nov) I checked the tracking and my clothes were, somehow, in mainland China. All my alarms went off - more red flags than a Chinese parade - and I contacted them to ask what was happening as there had been no tracking updates since the 2nd Nov. I was told they would check and get back to me. The next day, suddenly, tracking was updated with a flurry of moves between centres the nature of which I didn't understand. Then, they were at a mainland airport ready for departure. Bemusingly, two of the three items arrived mysteriously within the week, despite tracking suggesting they'd not left China. Were they at least of decent quality and a good fit?
I think you can see where this is going.
They are absolute tat, something a market stall holder would be embarrassed to ask a fiver for (no offence to market stall holders), and the stylish autumn greatcoat (size large) wouldn't go over my forearm. Cheap polyester blends, awful to the touch, thin and practically useless. I immediately wrote to express my unhappiness. They offered to let me keep the goods and to have a 10% refund, or else ship them back for a full refund with the disclaimer that return costs were my responsibility and they wouldn't refund until the goods arrived in the original packaging and in perfect re-saleable condition. Return costs for the two items that arrived is over £60. The three coats cost me just over £100 in total. I'd already opened the plastic and tried them on - they were not re-sellable. I replied to say this was unacceptable. They responded with an offer of 20%. I once again replied, yaddah yaddah, and we're now stalled at 35% refund and keep the goods. I would be unhappy to donate these to charity, let alone try to recoup some of my expenditure by selling them online and risk reputational damage.
So, to start a sentence with a proposition, my next step is unclear. I have written to them appealing to their sense of honor and customer service for a full refund, and am waiting to hear back (25th Nov) so I can't tell you how this finally resolves. I do however have little doubt it won't end well. The company is fraudulent, its advertising is a lie, and their business model is so cynically immoral that I find it hard to express my disbelief, even in this post-truth political age.
I will be delighted to update this review with the news of a 100% refund as and when it arrives, but I would advise against any holding of breath. By the way, you can download a browser extension for TrustPilot which automatically shows a little TP score when you visit websites. I would strongly advise that everyone does this. And also DON'T BUY RUBBISH FROM FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM ADVERTS!

As predicted, I've had another email from 'Olivia' saying more fool me and lowering their offered refund from 35% to a final offer of 30%, plus I get to keep my polyester rags. Well, I will call their bluff and return the goods, and I will raise holy hell if they don't give me a full refund. This business model is wrong and I won't stand for it!

Having spoken to someone who has also been duped by these charlatans, I have been forced to concede a defeat of sorts. UK law suggests that if goods are faulty, then one has 30 days to return them and receive a full refund. After 30 days, one can only expect a repair, exchange, or part refund. However, for distance selling such as this, so where one has bought goods online, by mail order, or by phone, one has 14 days to cancel the order and receive a full refund. There is then an additional 14 days to return the item. Unfortunately I have been told this company has a track record of stating that goods were not received in time for a refund, and thus the additional expense of the return, internationally, is born by the purchaser. No point throwing good money after bad. It has left a bad taste.

Totally agree with the majority of reviews. Wish I could put 0 star rating. Awful company. Wish I'd read these first. The product was nice looking knitted type jumer/hoodie which turned out to be polyester printed. No way would I ever wear it . The return cost would be £17 - a complete rip off. I will not be using this company again. It will probably be donated to a charity shop, not convinced it will even sell there !

Zero stars. Jumper was not the colour advertised and is very poor quality. This does not get even close to good value for money from Wear With Ivy. Company implies it is London based but it is not - item came from China. Lesson learned, I won't purchase from here again and I will be contacting Action Fraud.

They are complete Scam. Not a London retail company. It is all Chinese and everything is sent from China. Wish I'd read on here first. Took 3 weeks and my 'ethnic' style hoody knitware was a 100% polyester printed fabric and not worth a tenner let along £39 which was supposed to be reduced from £90, due to closing of their retail store in London. They didn't and never had a store in London. Totally misleading and fraudulent advert on Facebook. A complete and utter scam and I am ashamed I fell for it. Check out these offers on Trustpilot first! Not worth trying to send back to China. Will give to charity shop and hopefully someone might like it for a fiver.

Having looked at these items more closely the cardigans are not even wearable. The 'button holes' are not bound, they're just holes
