Cheap and nasty badly printed sweatshirt definitely not a "knitted sweater" as advertised. This is a total scam, don't waste your money.

Scam site. Description of cardigan I bought was made of wool. When received it was made with polyester.Size for xxl was probabaly a size 10
Wish I had checked trustpilot first. Straight to the charity shop.
The company relies on selling shoddy goods, deliberately misdescribing goods and where they come from, and relying on people not returning items. Not one person has mentioned that they have got a refund.
AVOID!!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would.
Not based in London but in China.
Wooly knitted warm jumper turned up as a thin odd sized polyester print.

Totally conned! I fell for the line of a London store selling off stock and bought three items. What arrived eventually was cheap Chinese crap. Not worth the 'knock down' prices let alone the original. One particular item was a 'knitted sweater' with a Christmas Tree design. In fact it was a picture of knitting printed on cheap thin material. I have decided to keep one item at a further 25% off because it's not bad at that price but I will return the other two to China and hope for an eventual refund.

Asked to pay £10 to cancel order after 12 hours. I mistakenly continued with the process. Waited 2 weeks, quality was poor. Sent back to china at cost of £11:50! Lesson learnt.

Bought a hoodie and sweatshirt from wearwithivy. Took 2 weeks to arrive and my suspicion re all the stops on tracking were confirmed. NOT a London based firm closing but came from China. Hoodie much thinner material than illustration looked and while similar item 'might' have cost "reduced" price of approx £25 - not any sort of bargain
The hoodie was on the large side and sweatshirt (supposedly same size) is tight especially on arms. No firm's label on either
Will not be a return customer. I will not bear return cost to China but donate them to someone.
Also beware of a firm calling itself "John Lewis Department store' Not our beloved John Lewis partners!

I have ordered from this supplier before and although it wasn’t quite what I expected in terms of colour, it was fine for my purposes. However, my second order arrived and bore no resemblance to the advertised item. Instead, the design of my ‘warm, cosy sweater’ was printed on cheap polyester sweatshirt material. It was ghastly.

This is not a high end London store, it’s a scam! I ordered a jumper for £35 then found it on TEMU for £11. When I emailed to cancel and get refund, all responses came from ‘Olivia’ so went into my junk and I didn’t see them. Kept chasing, then told I would need to pay £9.95 to cancel. Return address is China! Order being shipped from China!
This is a total misrepresentation and website should be made to close down.

This is NOT a boutique based in London. It’s a Chinese based scam. BEWARE! They are bombarding Facebook and Instagram with adverts, stating the owner is having to close her much loved boutique and clearing all her stock. All LIES! Total scam, took weeks to arrive, came from china and material is absolutely terrible, looks flammable! Apparently I have to pay to send it back to china! Big mistake

I purchased what was advertised as a lovely knitted sweater from this company and instead got a cheap tacky polyester print. Only way to get a refund is to cover postage costs back to China which makes it worthless.

I would give 0 if I could. Fell for the good looking sale prices and then read the reviews. I emailed to cancel my order after looking at the FAQs which said there would be no penalty. Their customer service team said there would be a £12 cancellation fee since it had been 30 minutes. I have argued this with them sending them screenshots with their policies included. I have found another policy hidden within their website stating the cancellation fee, but it only says its £9.95. Total scam. I have reported them to trading standards and opened a case with the UKICC.
They claim they are UK based, but definitely not. Report them if you see their ad!

I ordered two chunky jumpers and got two flimsy t-shirts. I ordered two of the same thing by mistake and immediately corrected that and received emails confirming that I would receive two different jumpers. I got the same rotten t-shirt twice.

Item advertised as a cozy knitted sweater with christmas trees. What came was a thin nylon top with a photo of a jumper printed on it!

Same company as Hilda the label. A complete and total scam. Not British Chinese. I think hilda the label has been shut down and this is the replacement.

I agree with all of the comments, I ordered a woollen cardigan, a lovely emerald green long length wollen coat, nothing like the photographs of the items of this London based company closing down sale. Both items was ordered 24/10/24 received yesterday 8/11/24. Quality of coat awful 😖 like that of felt, unlined and definitely not a size uk 14, not evan worth going to the charity shop it went straight in the bin, as for the cardigan I will wear it around the house not worthy of going out in it, total cost of both £69.95, what a waste of money so beware of this company and don't buy anything from them and like other review it looks like we want get any refunds either

How I wish I had read these reviews 😠 I ordered a stretch jersey long dress for a special occasion. When I got a delivery update saying it has been collected from the airport I knew I’d been scammed. The dress is shiny, rustly, cheap and horrid nylon - just so awful. I will never order online from Facebook or Instagram again. What a rip off. I’d give this away but no-one would want it! The best thing is the zip up bag it came in!! Been had over - please don’t order from this CHINA based company

Cheap shapeless. clothes from China. Don't be fooled by the 'sale price' as they could not be sold for the original price. It's a CON!! Misleading as no indication they are from outside UK. The jumpers are all polyester and look nothing like the pictures.
Extremely disappointing and wouldn't recommend to anyone
