I stupidly fell for the London office move. Ordered five garments which took three weeks to arrive. When I saw the bag they arrived in I started to worry. Opened bag which was full of static and no labels on any items, completely beyond cheap crap clothing. I am really annoyed at myself for failing for this. I’m not going to spend more money sending back to China and the clothes will go to charity shop. Lesson learned to check Trust Pilot in future.

Oh my do I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I was caught in the moving from London to Manchester trap. When I messaged them at 1:00 am,I couldn't sleep, I got a reply around 3:00am not the usual working hours in UK.
The items of clothing are poor quality the coat isn’t even lined. To return and refund you have to pay postage to China. The website says or said at the time full refund!

After waiting 4 weeks the item arrived- not a woollen retro hoodie as the picture depicted, but a horrid cheap polyester thing, loosely simulating a knitted design.
Rubbish about the made in London & premises closing- this is all a better fabrication than the product. Disappointed does not even come close!

Christmas sweater not anything like photo. Men’s jumpers are synthetic not cosy as I want for grandson’s at Christmas. Disgusted company term themselves based in London when they are in China. Ruinous return costs

All three items I ordered are horrendous, terrible quality, do not buy from them, I will never do so.

Absolute and utterly garbage. Photo of article advertised nothing like what is sent from China yes China!!! Even though they claim to be in London. Size is nothing like what's described. You have to pay the shipment costs back to China for refund to be considered (cost ten pounds) no reimbursement so have to wait until parcel received before refund issued. So I will have only 24 pound reimbursed. Heading to trading standards as we speak. Total and utter garbage stay clear !!!

Don’t be tempted by all the nonsense about a sale brought in by a move from London to the midlands. These clothes never see the uk until you receive them! Cheap unwearable tat from China and of course this company’s return policy is nowhere near up to standard. Inconsistent sizing means 2 out of 4 items I ordered are useless to me but the cost of returning them to China is prohibitive and goodness knows whether I would get any money back. Lesson learned and would never use them again.

The items that came were not the items that were photographed or described, and one in particular was completely different. The quality was also very poor.

Never ever use this company. It states the shoes are Orthopedic and having spoken to a specialist, he advised they are not and VERY bad for your feet. £40 paid and Ive asked for money back, but returns policy states, not all will be given.

This is not from a the company as seen on the website ( I ordered from Instagram which was so silly) and the materials used are not as described. I was excited as the jumper looks beautiful but they are all very cheap imitations. BEWARE!!! Leather boots are plastic and jumper is cheap polyester. I only became suspicious when the parcel was taking so long to arrive.

It's a con. Terrible fake items, cheap and nasty. My mistake as I never read the reviews. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS CHINESE SCAM COMPANY!!

Please please do not buy enithing from this company they are chinese rubbish using same story telling customer that in London shop is closing and moving to North. Because shop is closed they have reduced while stock.
Really criminals.
The 2 tops I ordered arrived after 3 weeks and nothing like what I ordered on internet. Do not buy anything please you will lose your money and you can’t refund it to have money back.

As others have said, Wear With Ivy is the nastiest cheapest tat you could possibly buy. Thank goodness I paid with PayPal as having raised a dispute with PayPal I have just had confirmation that they have found in my favour so I will receive a full refund & this cheap rubbish can go to the charity shop although I doubt anyone would give even a couple of quid for it.

Buyer Beware. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. It’s not like me to impulse buy. Like others, I became suspicious and thought I had been scammed when it took so many flights and so long to arrive. But arrive it did. Absolutely awful product. What was described as a Christmas, knitted sweater was in fact a cheap, poorly made, 100% polyester top with a print of knitted trees on it. Wearwithivy will not refund unless I pay to ship it back to China. Currently in negotiations but I don’t hold out much hope.

Bought the supposed flying jacket as London store was closing down , firstly no London store its china made & that is being generous .

This company is a scam. Do NOT buy anything from this company. Goods are NOT what they describe. They are NOT from London but shipped from China weeks later. There is NO return address in the packaging and if you've bought something ring your card company immediately, cancel the payment and report them.

Instead of the luxury Christmas sweaters we thought we were buying, and which featured in the photographs, we received long-sleeved t-shirts made of cheap synthetic material, straight out of a Chinese factory. We feel conned and ripped off, but won't bother with returns or refunds because it probably won't be worth the time and effort. The company needs to be investigated for mis-representation and misselling. Lesson learned. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Just received my Christmas knitwear which looked lovely in photo of a knitted sweater with Christmas trees in raised pattern. Looked good for price and I fell for firm moving out of London. Tiny parcel gave me sense of foreboding and the garment is cheap and nasty polyester garment made in a sweatshop in China. That's the last thing I buy via Internet sites. I know from experience that a refund plus post for return would never arrive. Now I have tried it on the neck is too small to go over my head in spite of being a large size. What a waste of money!

I have previously given this company a bad review and have requested a refund. I have been told that I will get a 70% refund and I can keep the clothing. Still waiting.... Has anyone else ever received a refund?

Ordered 4 items which took almost 3 weeks. Kept being told they would arrive shortly. When it finally did, only three items in the parcel.
Quality appalling, sizes wrong (label in chinese only so no idea if correct).
Buttons missing off one item. Asked how to return and was told to send to china at my own expense or I could have 40% off my next order. Why they think I would order something else!!
Do not buy from them, shocking.
