Well after reading all these awful reviews I began to regret ordering from this website 2 weeks ago. I agree that no way do these items come from London! My package which I tracked daily was on all kinds of flights which made me wonder "what for" when it's coming from London and I'm in the UK? However, whilst the items I ordered were no way worth the original price, I have to say I'm quite happy with what was delivered today. Yes my jumper has different colours compared to the one I ordered but my long jumper/cardigan I got was very soft and will be lovely to wear. I'm sorry everyone has had a nightmare. I can't say I will order again, but I'm pleased my products are good enough.

Like everyone else here, I fell for the Instagram Advert promoting a closing down sale. The Advert stated they were selling off high quality stock at high street prices and - being based in London - I imagined they would adhere to Trading Standards and the Advertising Standards Agency.

I ordered a £249.99 coat - reduced to £44.95 - which from the price I imagined to be 'wool' What arrived is badly made, synthetic rubbish. There is nothing quality about it and it certainly isn't worth more than £45. This is a total scam.

Absolutely awful dress, advertised as cotton mix, it's cheap polyester and elastane, no way is it a designer London item it was made and despatched from China, trying to find a way to complain and get refund but not holding my breath

Well, I’ve just received my ‘lovely’ blazer today-didn’t take too long to arrive BUT the quality is of cheap fleece material and nothing like the smart suit blazer appearing in the photo
Have contacted customer services by email and lo and behold this address does not exist
Worrying thing is on fb they are recommended by several of your friends (obv now this is false and a scam)
£35 jacket for charity shop (if they want it)
Awful!!

I wish I'd read the reviews, on their site they advertise as 4* with Trust pilot. Garments took for ever to arrive and none of them were of the quality seen on the website. Refunds look near on impossible to get as other reviews have said. They'll be going to charity and some of it to the tip!

What a waste of money. Absolutely rubbish garment. Certainly not as advertised and Certainly NOT in UK Once again it's Chinese. Refund is almost impossible. They offer discount on another item! I don't think so.
They ought to be shut down from online sales 😡

This company is a total scammer. Order took nearly a month to arrive and garments were total rubbish. Requested a return about a week ago still received no reply. Company supposed to be based in London returns to China RIPOFF. I WISH I HAD CHECKED THIS SITE

Don’t waste your money this is the worse experience of online shopping I’ve ever had I ordered two elegant suits what I got was a bag of rags . After being given the run around and without me agreeing they’ve refunded me 50%. WTF I should have is a full refund. The return address is China! Fill out a return form which you can’t find! This shop moving from London To Manchester with 80% discount is not true it’s to make you feel your getting a deal you aren’t its rubbish stuff then you are left out of pocket!!!

Dreadful cheap miss described clothing, takes weeks to arrive, company policy is return to China / overseas at your own cost. Make a complaint and I was first offered 15% then 30% back and keep the items and have a 40% discount off some other item of worthlessness. Avoid avoid avoid !

Absolute scam website. I was ripped off.
I ordered a coat £45. Very poor quality. I did not even open the package. Tried to return it. Would cost £17 to return to China no guarantee of refund.I'm taking it to a charity shop although even they will be hard pushed to sell it. Wouldn't even use it as dusting cloth as the dye would most likely run off. Might work well as a fire 🔥 starter although might die from the toxic fumes. Wish I would have given the money to charity. Any ideas on how we can stop this company from trading on the UK market advertising as a London based company?

I wish I've seen the reviews earlier. Lesson learnt. Chinese company claiming to be English, overpriced poor quality clothing which is falsely advertised. No way to return the items. AVOID.

This items comes from China and take a few weeks. When I emailed them to find out where the item was there was no reply.Item did arrive and was fine but it is not a London based firm and I don't think its closing down. Shame they had to lie about the situation

This is a fraudulent website! Avoid at all costs! I was charged £45 for a ‘coat’ which is made of the cheapest material, cut completely wrong, with arms that only reach halfway. They have no refund policy and expect you to return the goods to China at your own cost! They are a drop shipping scam website. Do not order from them!

scam website. not a london boutique but a cheap Chinese scam. Clothes take ages to arrive from CHhna and are cheap rubbish which bears no resemblance to the images on the website. DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. you won't get your money back.

Absolutely shocking quality. Trying to return it but I think it’s a lost cause. Can’t believe they advertise it was a shop in London . How stupid was I.

The dresses I ordered are absolutely rubbish.
It is supposed to be goods from a top London shop, total load of lies, it’s a scam , terrible fabric and styles
