Held Hostage
I was looking for some help in connecting a vendor through API. After many weeks, I was told the only way to get the final setup done was to pay them to manage my site on-going. They took my money for the API, which I never got, and then held me hostage to to pay more money for manage the vendor I wanted connected. These guys were the worst!
