There Lamb & Mint burger seasoning only tastes of spearmint not genuine mint. And there Pork burger mince tastes worse than supermarket stuff. Tried contacting them..... no response

I have use Weschenfelder for many years for my home sausage making, and have bought flavouring, asings and many other supplies including a mincer. I am always amazed at how quickly the order arrives and have never had any complaint as to the quality of products. All have always performed exactly as described. The advice leaflets are comprehensive, easy to follow. I sincerely recommend them

I bought the salami/chorizo kit
I bought the salami/chorizo kit. I'm used to making my own sausage and thought I'd have a go at salami. I can get pork in decent quantities so I thought this would be ideal. I had 4Kg of shoulder, 1Kg of beef, and about 1Kg of back fat. Everything went fine except for one thing. There is sufficient cure/seasoning/bessastart for several Kg of meat, but not enough casings. If I'd known I'd have bought more casings before starting this project. I used the beef middles, which are spot on for salami and ended up having to stuff 1Kg of the 6Kg of mixture into the smaller hog casings.
