There Lamb & Mint burger seasoning only tastes of spearmint not genuine mint. And there Pork burger mince tastes worse than supermarket stuff. Tried contacting them..... no response

Perfect size for 15mm spool
Bought a pack of 4 x 10 M sheep casings..( almost sure it was 22mm to 28mm) perfect. Previously I gave a bad Rating,having recieved a empty spool, and on an other occasion getting tiny diameter casings.

I can’t get pork sausage from my favorite childhood butcher in Ripon, but now i at least have of chance of making a decent English style sausage that’s inspired by him.
