Very bad experience. Don't ever buy from them. They take payment and on exchange neither send the item nor refund. They harass one by sending fake messages 😒

Their sizes are misleading. They do not proceed with exchanges even if it is available on their website, nobody ever comes for pickup and when asked about it, they communicate only with bot responses.
Looks good in photos, not great in reality.
Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

The fabric quality is extremely poor & the embroidery looks cheap & untidy. The product was delivered after nearly 9 days since it was said to be “ misrouted” & after that the company refused to do the exchange.

All the reviews down here are true. It’s horrible company and services are even horrible. I ordered the product with wrong size . I realized the size is wrong within 15 mins and I tried to call them, whats app them and even mailed them to change the size or cancel the order but nothing worked.
After 4 hrs I tried again where I was told it’s my problem that size is wrong and it cannot be changed or even cancelled its been picked up for delivery.

The executive was rude too .

I purchased a product 10 days back and received the product after 7days. I didn't like the quality and requested to get the product returned and refund but they didn't inspite of repeated reminders. No authenticated site does that

Would have preferred giving zero! My mom bought a tunic from this site. Didn't Ike the material but the product only has exchange option and no return. What sort of service is this-terrible!

Looks like a SCAM. I placed my order on 1st July, since then getting msgs from ship rocket that your order is packed for pick up but surprisingly it hasn't been dispatched. The number in the website is not responsive, either busy on calls gone unattended. Poor business skills and highly unethical way of doing business.

Very bad company no customer service no reply on WhatsApp no reply on email .. product does not fit the size nor it’s as shown in picture they are here to just cheat customer and take their money I wish I had never purchased from them and I would have seen the reviews earlier

Worst experience buying product in this website. I ordered based on the photo shown, but received the product entirely different. They don't reply to your mails, phone or chat. Guys don't buy in this website. They are cheating.

Horrible quality, defective fabric and stitching-fit issues and absolutely unprofessional.
when you try to return the return tab doesn't work. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. and the whatsapp response to every msg you send will come only after 3-4 day, so there is no active chat too. which is done on purpose. So with the delay they do, they reply that the exchange window is only 7 days and its now closed.

Worst quality of product.There is no option to refund the product. The product which they show on app is totally different what they deliver.

Recently bought two tunic..Size of product differs and they have no return/ refund policy. Atleast they should have exchange policy or else the site simply is useless. Money used for buying the product goes down the drain if it doesn't fit you and they don't return/ refund or exchange.

Completely fraud company. I want to do size exchange. They not answering my calls of emails or WhatsApp. They are professional scammers. Do not buy from them! They are dacoits sitting in a room n scamming people! Filed a case in consumer court against them!

Worst shopping site
The product was different from what appeared on the site.
Moreover, the refund option is not working. The whattsapp number provided never responds. Neither do they pick up call on the WhatsApp number though online status is reflected on whattsapp.
I wish I had never purchased anything from this site.

I wish I had read thru these reviews before placing order. One of the tops I got is cheap artificial material (sold as cotton), other one is okay. They don’t respond to emails. They have a WhatsApp number but very cryptic response came after a week with a link to refund but the site led to ‘this product cannot be exchanged’. Not sure why they are not on google review. Would have been easier to call them out. Definitely a case for consumer court.
