I loved everything about your service but the shipping container itself was very squashed and I wish we would have a straighter container. Thank you though for everything!
This is the second time we've used Western Container and they have given us great support from start to finish in both instances. Highly recommend if you are looking for a container.
I liked that everything was easy, calling ahead of time , having everything ready by the time I got there. DISLIKED that after I did inspection , I found one of door hindges broken side wall bent and... Mehr ansehen

Will Jordan in container sales was very helpful and patient. This purchase was done from Michigan and delivery was in Louisiana. There were a good bit of logistical moving parts to contend with, but Will helped us through it.

Delivery Chaos
Western Container Sales was great to work with directly, but the contracted delivery service was terrible. The drivers were very unfriendly and uncooperative, did not follow the planned delivery routine, and ruined my prepared surface in their haste. I would strongly suggest to anyone using Western Container to source their own transportation.

Thanks for taking some time on the phone to discuss the issues around this delivery. It sounds like if all three containers were delivered like the first unit it wouldn't have been the problem that it was. We apologize for the headache and we're addressing this with our hauler as well. Thank you again for your time to discuss with us so we can work to correct in the future.
Very easy online purchase

Western Container Sales and delivery experience
Western Container and Sales was very responsive and helpful with every step of my purchase requiring 2 new specialty matching Conex boxes to be placed near new construction. The delivery was prompt and professional. The boxes were placed as directed and my Credit Card was not charged until the delivery day. Every representative I worked with was helpful and thanks to the notes that Jenny left for delivery everything went smoothly and according to schedule.

Thanks for your order, and we're happy to hear you had a positive experience. One point of clarification, we do require payment in advance of delivery (but perhaps that your credit card was in a pending payment status for a few days, or something of that nature). We appreciate your business and we're happy to hear our hauler partner provided a high level of professionalism at delivery as well.
