I ordered the skin cover cream and before I received my first order, Westmore sent me an email offer for BOGO. I wanted to try the color I had already ordered but hadn’t received yet and also try the next deeper shade. Their website site would only allow you to get both items the same color, so I had to place 2 separate orders(so 4 tubes). In the meantime of getting those 2 orders my first order came in. I did all the stuff, showered, exfoliated and applied the product as directed using the brush I also purchased for $39! Supposedly it is supposed to be dry in 10 minutes. Firstly, the entire time I had the product on my skin it feels like I have a film on my skin(a horrible feeling). Then it does transfer which they claim doesn’t happen. I have the sheets and clothes to prove otherwise. They even have influencers showing it doesn’t transfer by barely touching a tissue to their skin. You roll around on your bed with much more pressure! Also they claim it that you can use an oil free cleanser and the color will not come off. I purchased an oil free cleanser and moisturizer, took the color right off. It dried my skin terribly and I can’t use a moisturizer? So I finally decided to return the product and tried to initiate a return on their website and as soon as I put the order# in it said I couldn’t return because it was discounted? They are full unopened tubes and because I took advantage of their offer I can’t return if not satisfied. That is just wrong. Buyer beware that they do not honor returns if you take them up in their offers or they offer you a discount when accessing their site. Will never buy from them again and want others to know about their shady underhanded business practices.

The 60sec eye firming cream is great. I love the tint. You don't see residual dry residue under your eyes. Makes my eyes look fresh and bright.

I had to lower my expectations a little because I didn't get 100% coverage on my spider veins and bruises but that will not deter me from being a repeat customer because my skin still looks improved and now my arms and legs match in color.

I placed an order and an hour later realized that I had not received the Labor Day discount.
I called and spoke to a representative who said there was nothing that could be done except to return it.
No price adjustment
She did put in for a refund, but I’ve lost my welcome 15 discount until it gets reconciled or I receive it and have to send it back
It’s a lot of hassle
Website could be a lot clearer, and customer service could be a lot more accommodating

I love the 60 second Eye and Face Firming creams. They both take years off my face and eliminate all the bags and wrinkles! I start every day with both these products!

I keep trying to add multiple products in the cart. Every time I would add a product and look at adding another product the first product disappeared out of the cart. I tried numerous times. I gave up and just bought one product.

I have been wanting to experience the difference with these products. There has been a lot of good reviews to I decided to try them.

Great product! Works well to rid under eye bags

When I would purchase an item, and then return to the website to purchase additional items, it would empty my cart. This happened repeatedly. I was finally able to purchase the item I wanted through the “items you may be interested in” option. I wanted to purchase duplicates of the items in the cart, but that function never worked. The website barely functions. This is very bad for a commerce when I wanted to purchase additional items but the website didn’t permit it.

Ordered two and only one charged. Ordered the second again. Only received email confirmation for first order.

Very poor customer service took days to get back to me. Wanted a simple correction to my order/ would not purchase again

I was trying to purchase two different shades of the same product. Every time I added the second shade to my basket, it removed the first one. I called your customer service number and while the person was friendly, they couldn’t help me at all. I ended up purchasing only one shade.

I am pleased with the way it stays on most of the day. I am still getting use to applying it so I don’t leave smudges on my face.

60 Second Eye Effects is phenomenal!! Nothing I’ve tried works as well, with no white cast. I use it every day and will never be without it. Thanks!
