I haven’t received my products yet but your website asked for my email and phone number, promising 15% off my first order. The discounted price and code appeared on the ordering page but when my order was completed by “shop” the price charged was the full vs the discounted price. Can you rectify this ?

Hands down the most complicated website to order from. As I was trying to add items to basket, it would remove the current item I had in basket. I had to repeat the process multiple times until I just said forget it and only got 2 items when I wanted 4 items. Very frustrating. Then it defaulted to auto replenishment when I didn’t want that.

I made a purchase today and on one of the items I forgot to change their default of getting a ‘monthly subscription’ to ‘a one time purchase’.I realized this as soon as I saw the receipt and saw the difference of costs between the items I purchased , I called customer service (within 5 - 10 minutes after the purchase ) they said they would take me off the subscription and I should be receiving an email within 10 minutes. Its been 6 hrs. Nothing. I did not set up an account so I can’t go back and adjust the subscription to a one time purchase myself , because, I need to fill in my email, then get password, (which went fine) then that moves to having a password sent to my phone number , which never comes. Not a good look. This still isn’t resolved as I cannot access anything. I can’t even set up an account at this point.

Easy and effortless a discount as well for Labor Day

I was never aware that I singed up for a membership, the very micro small print tricked me and I was not aware I was getting a subscription. I want to return all the unopened boxes i received when i was gone.I did not authorize you using my credit card with my awareness that you would send this product to me each month. I am very unstatisfied and I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau if I am not able to return my un opened boxes.

I ordered the skin cover cream and before I received my first order, Westmore sent me an email offer for BOGO. I wanted to try the color I had already ordered but hadn’t received yet and also try the next deeper shade. Their website site would only allow you to get both items the same color, so I had to place 2 separate orders(so 4 tubes). In the meantime of getting those 2 orders my first order came in. I did all the stuff, showered, exfoliated and applied the product as directed using the brush I also purchased for $39! Supposedly it is supposed to be dry in 10 minutes. Firstly, the entire time I had the product on my skin it feels like I have a film on my skin(a horrible feeling). Then it does transfer which they claim doesn’t happen. I have the sheets and clothes to prove otherwise. They even have influencers showing it doesn’t transfer by barely touching a tissue to their skin. You roll around on your bed with much more pressure! Also they claim it that you can use an oil free cleanser and the color will not come off. I purchased an oil free cleanser and moisturizer, took the color right off. It dried my skin terribly and I can’t use a moisturizer? So I finally decided to return the product and tried to initiate a return on their website and as soon as I put the order# in it said I couldn’t return because it was discounted? They are full unopened tubes and because I took advantage of their offer I can’t return if not satisfied. That is just wrong. Buyer beware that they do not honor returns if you take them up in their offers or they offer you a discount when accessing their site. Will never buy from them again and want others to know about their shady underhanded business practices.

The 60sec eye firming cream is great. I love the tint. You don't see residual dry residue under your eyes. Makes my eyes look fresh and bright.

I had to lower my expectations a little because I didn't get 100% coverage on my spider veins and bruises but that will not deter me from being a repeat customer because my skin still looks improved and now my arms and legs match in color.

I placed an order and an hour later realized that I had not received the Labor Day discount.
I called and spoke to a representative who said there was nothing that could be done except to return it.
No price adjustment
She did put in for a refund, but I’ve lost my welcome 15 discount until it gets reconciled or I receive it and have to send it back
It’s a lot of hassle
Website could be a lot clearer, and customer service could be a lot more accommodating

I love the 60 second Eye and Face Firming creams. They both take years off my face and eliminate all the bags and wrinkles! I start every day with both these products!
