Purchasing was fine, but as I closed out the order, they offered to sell me a blending brush for $10 less than what I was ordering. Then after I ordered, I saw an offer online that included a free brush. My advice is to look around at all the ads to get the best deal.

Better hope you never need customer service. I have been given the run-around for over two months via email. Called customer care line, was told someone would contact me within 48 hours. Not surprisingly, no one has reached out. My issue is easily resolvable but it’s clear this company does not care about its customers or their brand experience.

I love the product but I didn't get an indication that my order was being prepared or shipped so I bought another weeks later. Then lo & behold both orders showed up days apart. When you ask if I have confidence in the ordering process - this is what I thought of.
