Experience made me very upset and feel deceived!!!
I bought the 7 oz. Body Cover Perfector for my girlfriend, which she loves, as one of her birthday gifts. She was excited because she received a special 20% discount because it was her birthday. I also bought the body brush for an additional $30. I no sooner placed my order thinking I’m getting a good deal when I received a notice that I can NOW, after the order is placed and paid, get 30% off and get a free body brush which immediately frustrated me and made me think how unprofessional and deceiving that marketing approach is. So the bottom line is don’t fall for these scams where they make you think you’re getting a good deal with a 20% discount on your birthday. They will give ANYBODY a 30% discount with a free brush so I feel like I got scammed for close to $40. That marketing approach is NOT how you gain loyal customers. I am extremely unhappy with my experience because of that!

I do not have bad eye bags
I do not have bad eye bags, they are mild. However, the 60 seconds eye effect doesn’t even come close to anything seen on social media and these people appear to have eyebags worse than I do. This makes me question the authenticity of the videos I’m watching and makes me question whether they are using AI or not.
I have followed the instructions to the letter but again I don’t even have an effect of any kind despite this.

Bad customer service
A duplicate order was placed because you did not send a confirmation that you had received my original order. I called and was told to return the duplicate and that I would get a full refund including shipping. I followed your return instructions to get a label, and I was told that the $9.99 shipping cost cannot be waived. Terrible.

Pretty unbelievable
I am a medical aesthetician and have tried many, many products over the years. I saw Westmore Beauty advertised on Instagram and was quite impressed with their claims. I took a chance and purchased the Body Coverage Perfector. Wow! It’s amazing. My arms and legs look so much better when I use it. I put the Perfector on one arm and asked my family if they could tell which arm looked better. Everyone chose the one with the product on it! It’s a definite game- changer. My skin looks years younger.

Tried to order shadow edit with body coverage and system would not allow. Then when tried to order shadow edit separately a shipping charge was placed and did not order. Contacted customer service and representative or supervisor could not eliminate shipping charge. She stated I could reorder and return when initial order received. Too much of a hassle. Need to correct your system and employees honor when contacted.
