Shame as setting up the policy was easy and when the rep called asking for the CBT, DVLA code and photo ID, he was helpful.

Company doesn't open Sundays or bank holidays and that's why they took 4 days to contact me.

I made a mistake with my online application and was corrected by the cold call.

I decided to cancel as the extra premium wasn't good value.

Was rightly charged 5 days usage which I agree with but not the cancellation fee.

I paid upfront in full which I don't recommend people do as you have already handed control to Wicked and Ramasis.

Just need to wait 10 days for the refund to come through.

Company doesn't have a 14 day cooling off so I couldn't use any rights I may have.

I'd say not to use these for insurance as the admin fees are disproportionate.
These fees are document in their business agreement.

I tested the market for motorbike insurance, following my premium renewal increasing quite dramatically, for no real reason. I'm happy to say that Wickedquotes, were not only cheaper than my renewal quote, but cheaper than my previous premium also!

Aside from the price, I found their customer service to be very responsive indeed. Very happy with my switch!

wot a absolute scam company stay well clear & read all the reviews about them iam trying my best to get them infestagated because thier is something very dodgy about this insurance company paid them 100 pounds 2 weeks later a wonted to cancel it they charged me 84 pounds to cancel peaple stay well clear scamers & I don't no how thier getting away with it iam reporting them to ombudsman scamers
