This is a sham company. I ordered a Christmas present for my daughter and all I received from this company was an order confirmation and tons of "your order is being processed" type emails.

DO NOT BUY from this company. It's a fraudulent company in my opinion...

I’ve never been so appalled in my entire life. This company is seriously lacking in customer service. When I finally received the shipping notification tracking link, it tried to hijack my phone—it’s a scam website! Their tacky AI bot doesn’t give me a straight answer. I still haven’t received my product or any tracking number, and from what I’ve read in other reviews, I’m not going to like it anyway. Don’t do business here.

If I could give this company no stars I would. Expensive, took almost a month to arrive and it was garbage. Don’t expect to get what they describe on the website. Don’t get scammed like me!!!

I received the cheap looking Beverage Infuser Box and all of the wood chips containers were broken in the box resulting in all of the wood chips being mixed together. I emailed customer service three times. They requested pictures each time which were sent but have never received another response. I do not recommend this company.

I placed an order over a week ago and have not received a shipping confirmation. Their order process instructs to contact them if I do not receive a shipping confirmation within seven days of the order, so I have reached out to them, only to receive a form email, again instructing me to reach out to them if I have not received a shipping confirmation within seven days of order. I have responded twice now, for a total of three emails, only to continually receive the same exact ridiculous form email, from different customer service reps. Their customer service is clearly not in the US, and until I placed the order, there was no indication that this company is also outside the country. Seems like yet another rip off from a foreign company that poses as a US-based company until after the order is placed. Will be disputing this charge with my bank and obtaining a refund due to the ludicrous customer service, no other way to contact them and severe lack of confidence that I will ever receive this order, let alone in time for Christmas. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ORDERING FROM THEM!

Junk .. this "gem cut mug" will go down as the absolutely worst gift I have ever given my wife in 22 years of marriage. It is now an ongoing joke between us because it was really truly bad.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company is a complete scam. They sell extremely poor quality products which you can't return because it costs 2-3 times more than what you paid to return them. When I expressed to them how ridiculous this was, they offered a 20% refund and that I could keep the products (they're not even worth keeping). They said to allow 7-10 business days to see the credit. It's been 22 business days and I have yet to see a refund. I contacted them after ~15 business days to let them know I haven't received the 20% refund and they said they'd get right on it. They clearly done nothing.

Their products are in no way representative of what appears on their website. They catch one's attention with very attractive photos and reports of great product satisfaction and outstanding customer service. All untrue. It's actually a company from China. For me to get a refund on $32 costs $34 for shipping.

They made horrible products which are photographed in a deceiving manner. The return process is a nightmare. I'm fortunate to only lose $150 on the junk they sent me.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! DO NOT ORDER A SINGLE THING FROM THEM. Their photography is a total lie. Products look nothing like the photos. They are the cheapest junk products you've LITERALLY ever seen in your whole life. Not an ounce of exaggeration. They act like they're in Canada but they're really in China. When you tell them you don't like the product, they send a very kind email that is a total placating ploy bc they know you're not going to be able to pay for the shipping BACK TO CHINA that they make YOU pay for... which is more than the product you bought. I want this company shut down.

Hideous item and while their headquarters is in California, their warehouse is in China so shipping my return back is going to be at least $30 if not more. How to operate in bad faith 101.

I wish that I had read the reviews before I ordered a cup from them. Upon reading the reviews I tried to cancel and could not. This is the cheapest thing I have ever bought. It is not worth $2.00 let alone the $40.00 they charged. A small cup inside a resin container. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM OR PREMIER TRUST STORE ANOTHER NAME FOR THEM. YOU WILL GET SCAMED JUST LIKE THE OTHER 117 PEOPLE THAT WROTE REVEWS

Scam web sight, they charge you, wait 2 weeks before sending you a face “shipping notice” and then you never receive your order…took me hours to get my charges reversed and report this sight to google in hopes of having it removed.

Cheaply made product and costly to return

I need to begin looking at this website before purchasing anything from unfamiliar companies. Coffee cups look nothing like the website display. Cheap resin cups, three and a half inches high for almost $20 apiece. No notation it was a foreign company until my credit card was charged an international fee. Packaging was from New Jersey. No full refunds accepted which I did not see anything on the website regarding this issue. Customer service email stated they would offer a 20% refund and I can keep the items, 50% refund by the way of a company gift certificate or I can send it to their new warehouse in China at my own unknown cost.

If I could give a 0 star it would be too high. The company reached out to try to make things right, but then they stopped communicating.
Like many other customers I had purchased the mineral coffee mugs, the video and photos on their website were beautiful. The mugs that I received were plastic and very different than the images presented. The plastic mugs come with metal linners that aren't secure, so they fall right out.
I was offered a 20% refund and told that I could keep the mugs to give away. I can't think of anyone to give these to. Or a 50% discount from their website, and I think I would need to send the mugs back. The company ships from China, and I'd have to pay more to ship them back than what they are worth. I still considered sending them back for the principle.
I told them I had lost trust in their company and didn't want to spend any more money not knowing what I'd receive. I was told I would hear back from them, but there has been no further communication.

Stop advertising your cups like they are made from rock, it's the 2nd time I've purchased your products thinking I made a mistake the 1st time. I didn't make the mistake,you did.

Don't Know About Their Other Products. That Being Said, I Ordered 3 Of The Mineral Crystal Coffee Mug's. They Are Not At All What They Said They Were. They Are Cheep Plastic Resin All Exactly The Same And Mass Produced. Please DO NOT BELIEVE Their Video On Their Website Showing How They Are Made. You Will Find The Same Ones On Amazon For A Lot Less And All Sold By Chinese Sellers.
