Got a bar set from here for our wedding. Could not have been more disappointed in the quality and customer service. Even 1 star is generous.

To everyone scammed by this company…CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY. I did, and they refunded the full amount.

Absolutely DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I typically don't buy things from ads I get on insta but these stone mugs looked so gorgeous online and even were described to be amazing. WRONG. The appalling product I received TWO MONTHS LATER were SHOCKING to even have been compared to what they were trying to pawn off as some aesthetically beautiful product.

I bought the “Taylor Swift Stanley” as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Received it a month later a few days after Christmas and it was a cheap knock off. I had to ask 3 times to return it and they wanted me to pay for shipping still.

False advertising and fraudulent company. I ended up making a claim with my credit card company to get a refund.

Sadly, this is a major scam. At the bottom of their webpage, it’s called WHINE and whiskey company so that’s a red flag right there.I am so disgusted. I wish somebody could do something about these horrible people. I unfortunately ordered five of these what I thought were beautiful mugs for gifts and they are just pieces of shit plastic. Stupid insult to your intelligence crap. Well, I guess I learned my lesson about ordering anything from online. It was a pricey one.

Absolute trash product… cheap plastic mug that looks nothing like the website shows. Took forever from China for absolute trash.

Bought what was supposed to be a "Stanley" 40 oz tumbler from them. They apparently stole the image of the authentic Stanley tumbler to advertise what they were selling. Needless to say, what I received was a horrible looking fake piece of trash looking cup. They refused to refund my money, saying that what they sell is "inspired by" the original, and had the nerve to say "thank you for understanding". What I am understanding is that this company does not honor their refund policy, engages in false advertising, and rips off customers. Trash product, poor customer service, false advertising...buyer beware!!!!!

The product received was the ugliest product I've ever seen. It was supposed to be special and beautiful - a gift for my brother. the family laughed and said it was the uggliest mug they have ever seen. It is advertised as being a mineral encased mug - but was an ugly plastic reproduction - not even the color that I ordered.

I’ve learned my lesson when ordering anything from China. What looked like a beautiful crystal mug on online came to me looking like a plastic chunk of ugliness. It doesn’t show a silver insert on the cup online and it looks bigger as well, but it came really small and with a silver insert because the plastic is probably toxic when it gets hot. Stay away from this company. Spent 30 bucks on this stupid ugly little plastic piece of crap and then they tell me they won’t refund it unless I send it to them across the seas, which cost more than what the cup is.

I love the question Trustpilot asks, "what went wrong this time?" This seems like wineandwhiskeydecanter is a frequent flyer when it comes to poor sales.
I purchased online a crystal mug in orange. When I finally received it, (oh for a gift) it looked more plastic than glass, it had a stainless cup insert that wasn't shown anywhere in any item photo. Lastly, it wasn't even orange, it was blue. I contacted the seller and told them the problems and they came back with, get this, We have approved your return. What? You approved? Anyways, ship it back to us and when we get it and inspect the item we will issue a refund. My question is where is the shipping label, I did not ship the wrong color mug. They have not responded. Stay away from this Asian organization, which also wasn't indicated in the online store. They are not willing to help and if a mistake is made it's your problem.

wish I had looked here before buying. Absolutely the same thoughts about the mugs!! A complete rip off. spend 83 dollars, they will only refund 20% OR I can send back to China for a full refund. And then they couldn't find the original transaction ID, (one more hurdle). Now that consumer protection is gone, there really isn't anything we can do.. right?

If there was a zero rating that would be too high! They totally are a scam. The crystal mug I ordered was ridiculous!! It was nothing like the "mineral" mugs they showed pictures of on their website. It is a small plastic cup with a metal insert that rattles around. It only holds 6 ounces and their description said 12-15 oz. Also, their return policy said that they would send a shipping label and that was not at all honored. They said I had to send it to China and it would take a long time to get a refund, if at all. They offered a 5% credit back. Then after a few weeks it was 30%, then 50% and keep the mug. I ended up getting PayPal to get me refunded after pictures and a long time. I ordered it for a Christmas gift the first of December and they said they were in stock and I paid expedited shipping and didn't receive it until mid January. What a horrible company. Do NOT trust them.

I’d give it a zero if I could. This company is a scam. Do not order from them!!! The mineral gem mugs I received were half the size they advertised. And they advertised it was made from minerals. The two I ordered and received were made of plastic and were clearly spray painted. I wish I could provide a picture of what I received. They advertised I’d revive it in 5 days. It took almost a month to receive them. I contacted this U.S. based company and they said if I shipped it back to China (their warehouse), at my expense I’d get my refund. If not they’d only give me 10% back of my money. I kept trying to follow up but each time it would take a week for them to respond. The responses were from a series of AI bots they named Felicia to generate emailed responses.

I agree with all the reviews re: the Mineral Crystal Mugs. They look nothing like the picture on the website - have a metal insert that sticks out of the top. They look like cheap plastic mugs that you would buy in a dollar store. They implied in their return instructions that they would send a shipping label for the return. However, when I got the instructions, they said I had to pay to send it back to China! Not going to waste one more penny on this product. Their website descriptions are very deceptive.

I ordered the whiskey decanter with 2 glasses. I waited a month roughly to get this as it was a Christmas gift. Finally got it, they only sent the decanter with NO glasses. Never-ending the fact that it was supposed to be wood. Not black plastic. Which is what they sent. I have been asking for them to send the glasses and they keep telling me that the order has been fulfilled. Bs don't order from this company.

Terrible. It’s not made of gem, rocks, crystal. It’s a cup that was 3d printed from plastic with a metal insert. And painted to look like “Specifications: Made from mineral crystal”

One star because of false advertising- the water mug looks nice, but it is not a genuine Stanley cup as advertised, so should have been much less in price. They do not respond to inquiries in regard to their false advertising or refund requests.
Just keep bombard me daily with discounts on additional purchases, which aren't going to happen.

I had the same experience as everyone else here. If I could give them a 0, I would. Piece of crap plastic, nothing like the picture and a third the size they described on their site. They are out of China and would not give me my money back unless I shipped it back to China. My bank investigated it and implied it's a scam, and gave me a refund on my credit card.
