Very disappointing after-sales service from Wooden Street.

I purchased a Nixon Solid Wood 2 Door Cupboard (Honey Finish) for approximately ₹47,000. Unfortunately, the wardrobe has an issue with the doors/shelves and we have not been able to properly use it since the day it was delivered.

We reported the issue on 19 August and were told that we would receive a call and resolution within 24 hours, but several days have passed and there is still no proper resolution.

Their carpenter already visited and checked the wardrobe, and we were informed that the issue was not repairable and replacement was required. Despite this, we are still waiting for a clear resolution.

We have also tried contacting customer support, but calls are not being answered or are getting disconnected.

We have purchased products worth approximately ₹3 lakh from Wooden Street, so we expected much better customer service. Very disappointing experience so far.

Please resolve the issue properly instead of delaying it further.

Very Disappointing Experience with WoodenStreet

Extremely disappointed with WoodenStreet. We purchased multiple furniture items at full price, expecting new and quality-checked products, but several have developed major defects shortly after purchase.

The issues include a swollen and bent centre table, TV unit drawers not opening due to swollen wood and cracks, a major crack in the dining table, dining chair joints coming apart, and a cracked side-box drawer.

WoodenStreet's own carpenter inspected the products and acknowledged the defects, confirming that swelling of the wood was a major issue.

Despite this, WoodenStreet has refused replacement and is insisting on carpenter rectification.

These are NEW products — not furniture that we have used for 4–5 years. We paid the full price and should not be expected to accept repaired furniture almost immediately after purchase.

Very disappointing quality and, more importantly, an unacceptable after-sales response. WoodenStreet needs to take responsibility for the products it sells.

I purchased a bedside table and study table from WoodenStreet (Order Number: 1190701), both requiring self-assembly. Shockingly, none of the parts were labeled (A, B, C, D, etc.), making assembly nearly impossible. When I reached out for help, WoodenStreet insisted I pay extra for a carpenter to fix their mistake.

To make matters worse, customer service refused to connect me with a supervisor, manager, or complaints team. This is appalling and shows a complete lack of accountability.

WoodenStreet’s products may look good online, but the customer service is unhelpful, dismissive, and unfair. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from them.

You order one product and you get different product.

Wooden Street is running a scam company online. They are a big time cyber scammers. They take the order and then ghost the customer. I ordered a bed from Wooden Street two months ago, and the bed is nowhere in sight. There has been no communication from their end either. Also, they don't provide any cancellation option, and thousands of rupees of mine have been literally stuck with them for the last two months.
Even their customer care service is pathetic. Their representatives do not know how to talk to their customers. They are liars and full of ego. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they try to fool the customer by saying, “We called to update you, but you did not pick up the call,” though in reality, I haven't received a single call from them in two months. When you ask them to show proof of the call, they say, “Oh, it was not reachable.”
Kindly do not order anything from them; otherwise, you will lose both your money and your mental peace.

⭐ **Disappointing Delivery Experience & Poor Post-Sales Communication**

I have placed multiple orders with WoodenStreet for furnishing my flat in Noida while coordinating the renovation from the UK. While their products may be good, my experience with their delivery management and post-sales customer support has been extremely frustrating.

My latest experience relates to a **4-seater dining table – Order ID #1188137**, placed on **26 July 2026**. Today is **10 August 2026**, and I am still waiting for a clear and reliable delivery date.

Every time we contact customer care, we are told that the order will be delivered "tomorrow" or "the next day." However, when we try to contact the warehouse directly, either nobody answers the phone or we are given a completely different delivery date. There appears to be no proper coordination between customer care, the warehouse and the delivery team.

The most frustrating part is the automated delivery system. Almost every day I receive a system-generated call asking me to choose:

1. Delivery tomorrow
2. Delivery the day after tomorrow

I select an option, but the delivery does not happen. Then the same automated call comes again the following day with exactly the same choices. It has reached the point where **"tomorrow" simply never seems to arrive.**

I have also called customer care multiple times personally, but unfortunately the commitments made over the phone have repeatedly turned out to be false promises.

Having placed multiple furniture orders with WoodenStreet, my biggest concerns are:

• Poor communication between customer care, warehouse and delivery teams
• Repeated delivery delays without a dependable timeline
• Automated calls promising delivery dates that are not honoured
• Customers having to continuously chase for basic delivery information
• Lack of ownership once the order has been placed and payment made

Their products may be good, but **good furniture alone is not enough**. Delivery reliability and after-sales support are equally important parts of the customer experience.

Based on my experience, the delivery and post-sales support issues are significant enough that I would seriously reconsider placing further orders with WoodenStreet. Customers should not have to spend their time repeatedly calling customer care and warehouses simply to find out when a paid order will actually arrive.

I hope WoodenStreet management will take this feedback seriously and improve its delivery coordination and customer communication.

Horrible experience.Even after 50 days product not delivered.Please don't ever make mistake of buying from them.

Product not delivered for over a month, they keep extending the timeframe and when asked about cancellation and refund they say they can refund in wooden street wallet and not to source. Do not buy, your money gets blocked, and product never arrives.

Worst customer experience, they never deliver deliver the order on time and its been 15days and no update related to the order.
And always getting the IVR call where its asking for press 1 for tomorrow delivery and 2 for day after tomorrow delivery, but nobody sure in which tomorrow order will be received. Really a bullshit 👎

The quality supplies is worst when compared to what's shown in showroom. Customer service is the worst. Hugh price low quality. After sale service worst. No timely delivery, falls commitments

Waiting for more than one month for furniture to be delivered. Have ben given three different dates, and all the time the furniture has not even shipped out from the warehouse.

Buy from Wooden street AT YOUR OWN RISK. The chances that you will get the product you have ordered in a condition you are happy with are EXTREMELY LOW. I placed an order for the ‘Reyes bench’ in their Sarath city mall store, Hyderabad on April 12th. I saw the piece and ordered the exact same model in the exact same color that was displayed in the store. What I received was a piece in a completely different color. 2 months of follows ups with around 30 calls to the store( with them saying they ll get back and did not), a trail of 20 emails where they were convincing me to keep the piece, one carpenter visit (who said he can do nothing, I should ask for a replacement) later, nothing was done.i finally gave up and ended up with a piece which doesn’t go with the rest of my furniture. And all this while their executive was trying to convince me to buy a sofa for 70,000rs, a piece that is not even available on display in any branch in Hyderabad. I don’t know how this place is still running when they are clearly just making a fool out of customers. Never again buying anything from here. You have been warned.

Very disappointed with the after-sales service from Wooden Street India.

We ordered furniture worth ₹1.3 lakh, expecting a smooth experience. Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed without proper communication, and now, even after the furniture has been delivered, the installation is being delayed as well.

When customers spend this much on furniture, they expect timely delivery, prompt installation, and professional after-sales support. Instead, we’ve had to keep following up without getting a clear timeline.

The product quality may be good, but the overall customer experience has been frustrating due to poor coordination and delayed service. I hope Wooden Street improves its after-sales support and values customers’ time.

Delivered defective cupboard and has been several weeks no replacementor refund.the after sales support sucks. Delivery is extremely delayed and defective. No escalation available. Extremely over priced.

Worst after sales service. Delivered faulty sofa-bed and now refused to change it. For Dinning table also chair cushion/fabric quality is worst. Please be aware while purchasing furniture with these people especially the high end products. Don't waste your hard earned money.

If I had been clearly informed about this warranty condition before making my purchase, I would not have bought a single item from Wooden Street.

Advertising a 36-month warranty while hiding a critical condition that the warranty becomes void as soon as the customer relocates is extremely disappointing. Relocating a home is not a choice for most people—it happens because of job transfers, family commitments, rental agreements ending, or purchasing a new home. Asking customers to "consider" not relocating is unrealistic.

A manufacturing warranty should cover manufacturing defects, not be cancelled simply because the furniture has been moved to another residence. It would be understandable to exclude damage caused during transportation, but terminating the entire warranty due to a change of address makes the advertised 36-month warranty practically meaningless for many customers.

This policy should have been prominently disclosed at the time of purchase. Customers deserve complete transparency before making such an important buying decision. As it stands, this warranty policy feels misleading and significantly undermines trust in the Wooden Street brand.

Please DO NOT PLACE order from this company. They do not have any accountability or ownership once you place the order. For us it has been a month and every time they give a date for delivery and the delivery does not happen, you have to cancel your appointments and wait entire day to know there is no delivery. this has happened 4 times. It has been a month and we still have not received the order. They do not call or provide status. We have to keep calling them for status once you place the order. We would have been happy to even wait for 3 months for the order but there is no customer service and no update from this company. No Manager to speak to either. Will never place the order again.
