After many years of solid performance from my TechnoMate TM Nano receiver, I ordered a replacement from W-of-S. A representative messaged me with alternatives to the product I'd ordered, which was out of stock. After some consultation and checking of specs and compatibility, the new unit, which was cheaper then my original order, arrived in good time. After some easy setup, my OpenVIX system was up and running, and playing recordings from my old system.

I bought a Octogon SF8008 V3 Supreme. I ordered on a Thursday it was delivered on Friday 27 hours later !!! You can't ask any better than that AND the postage was free. I needed to contact the after sales department by their ticket system and received a reply within one hour. I am Very Happy with the service from the team at WOS and the receiver is Brilliant. I recently had to return my satellite receiver to world of satellite to be checked over by there technician after i had discovered a possible fault i could not fix myself .
After having the unit checked over by them the receiver was returned to me me fully functional as the problem lay elsewhere with my cabling .
