First time using world of satellite, and im very happy with my purchase. I had to contact customer services as there was an issue with my adress and they responded super quick and sorted the problem straight away. 5star service

My third order, this one shipped to France.
It was shipped immediately after ordering and received soon after.
The included VIX software is, as always, excellent.

I had an issue with a particular piece of electronics that I thought I bought from World of Satellites so I messaged them and their response was brilliant offering help and advice which actually solved the issue.
They were courteous and professional all the time

This purchase was for the Formuler Z12, and it's a brilliant bit of kit.

Very smooth service from Oder to delivery taking just over 24 hours to arrive, as I missed the cut off for next day delivery.
