Our regular visit from Claire always ensures our machines are clean, filled up & in working order. Whenever there is an issue nothing is ever too much trouble & Claire always comes to the rescue! Thankyou to Claire for the great customer service (often behind the scenes) which is very much appreciated by us all!

The drinks machine is completely designed wrong. Working against gravity.
The amount of people who lose their money and unable to get a drink is astonishing.
Kids mostly, who pay cash and once they leave unhappy without their drink it's too late.
They may or may not tell their parents who would have to fill out the refund form putting in their card details and the machine number situated on the machine, which is often rubbed off.
By this time it's not worth the hassle.
I've seen many, many people lose out to this machine.
The company makes money without selling the product.
Absolutely rip off.

For about 7 years I rented a water heater/cooler from 2468 paid on time and was always pleased with the service. When the machine failed because of it's age they wouldn't replace with a new machine unless we renewed for another 3 years. I explained we were retiring this summer and didn't want to renew for that long. They then left us with a very old machine which isn't fit for purpose and are expecting us to pay for it and for a full year. I tried to contact them by phone and got put on hold for ages and this cost me over £10 eventually got through by email and still can't resolve this.

Had the pleasure of dealing with our engineer Nick for a few years now. He is always happy to help and communication with him is always seamless. Nick and his colleague recently installed x3 new coffee machines for us and were prompt an efficient as always.

Kenneth is great. He’s a constant & very welcome part of our office life now! He shows real attention to detail with the maintenance & replenishment of our machines. His customer service is also top-class - friendly, informative & always happy to help.
