Dreadful. No care or interest in their operation

Extortionate prices / small sizes of chocolate
No pricing. No numbering either to order. Empty rows. Looks like no one pays a visit regularly and if they do, they don't bother to number the rows or show the pricing so you either can't order or you have to guess the price is the same for all products.
Better to just wait until the tea lady arrives with a trolley for tea and biscuits or you can ask hospital staff who are happy to offer to patients and their carers.
Avoid for your business. This company would discredit it unless they reserve that particular pleasure for public services institutions.
Reported me for defamation. Trustpilot rightly rejected their case.

We aim to keep pricing competitive within the convenience vending market, but we understand that pricing expectations can vary. Once you press your selection, pricing should display on the machine. We appreciate your comment regarding numbering for ordering and will look this. The products we purchase are all retail single sales specification and unfortunately we cannot control the manufacturer product sizes.

Awful customer service
I have to agree with other reviews left. The customer service is non existent. They have recently taken over the accounts of our vending machine from Quenchme(who were very good) and trying to get up to date sales figures is near on impossible. I would say getting blood from a stone would be easier!

We have had terrible service from 2468…
We have had terrible service from 2468 since their aquisition of Apple Vending Yorkshire. Apple Vending were excellent and since the take over 2468group have been completely unresponsive, not attending, leaving us with a tea and coffee machine that has no cups and half the items needing replenishing in the vending machine. Saying that they are coming 'today' or 'tomorrow' and then not turning up even after initiating a complaint with their customer services. So far not at all impressed and will be looking for service elsewhere at the earliest opportunity. Must be very sad and frustrating for the staff at Apple Vending Yorkshire.

Customer service is terrible trying to get a refund from a vending machine and they just keep fobbing me off with the same old story - wait for it to clear in your bank. It's been 2 weeks !
