Like a lot of others. December 5th purchase. Still no product. Tracking information isn't valid. Email responses just say they're "sorry for delays" and it's in transit. Few days it'll be here each time. It's been a month and still nothing. Starting to feel it's a scam.

I would never recommend this product and would never buy from them again (5minskin). I ordered it on November 29 for a Christmas present. Their website claims you would get your item in 2-4 days, Christmas is now over and no item was delivered. Their customer service is also horrible, you can’t talk to anyone. They also got their money right away! This is unacceptable!!!😡😡😡

Update:
Finally got my order after a month later and it was incomplete. I emailed them right away to tell them and up to now no reply or email back from them. Like I said before, their customer service is horrible. I would necer order from them again. I should call my credit card company and dispute the charges. 😡😡😡😡😡

I ordered my product (Order #S174392) on the 11.12. 24 and on the 17.12.24 still hadnt received any update on the status of my order. After emailing the company, they answered the next day saying that they enquired the warehouse and would update me as soon as they would hear from them. On the same day, i also got another email with a tracking number for CNE express. However, since that day, I havent received any update about the whereabouts of my product nor have i received any email from 5minskin (today: 23.12.24). This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I am very disappointed with the service provided. If they do not contact me in the next days i will also contact my bank to retrieve the money. It sounds like a scam to me too!

I ordered 2 items on Dec 8th and they advertise fast 2 to 3 days shipping. Here it is Dec. 19th and still nothing, I have emailed them nothing,
I've called their so called support and left at least 5 messages, Nothing!!
I almost feel it is a scam.
If I don't hear anything by 21st gonna contact credit card company.

Well finally got my order on 23rd

I ordered the item on 01Dec, order S170201. I have not received the item yet. I've called the number on their web site, never get to speak to a representative just can leave a message. Never getting a return call. I've emailed only to receive a generic response. so very disappointed...

I ordered a product 12/4/24. No response from company forced to down load an app to track. It says will be shipped with 2 day free shipping it’s not been shipped. Multiple emails multiple phone calls. No response. WTF I will never order from them again!

On the pages of this scamming site is written they send items 7-10 days .
Shipment wasn't sent for 2 weeks .
After i complained i haven't received item they've just sent mail with tracking number .
Package with 0.01kg wight was sent day after complain and will take one month to reach my address .

Stay away from these sites or products.

I recently placed an order on your official website for the 5minskin photoepilator. However, I received the wrong item – a Pelcas Mini Dermaplaning Tool – instead of the product I originally ordered.

I contacted customer support, and they replied that they would soon send me the correct order. However, it has been almost two weeks, and there is still no update. Customer support is no longer responding to my emails, and I received the wrong order.

Like others, I ordered mine a week ago and it has not shipped. Sent an email for an update and actually received a response but it was details I already knew, that it has a tracking number for shipment but stated it was “fulfilled”.
After days of no movement I emailed them yesterday to cancel my order and received no response. Emailed a second time in the afternoon to confirm the cancellation.
Again no response.
I understand it’s the holiday season and they are busy with orders, but there should be disclaimers on the website stating to expect delays in shipping so customers can take that in to account before ordering.
Having “quick 2-4 day delivery” leads one to believe their order will be processed in a timely manner and the product will be received within days of ordering.

Order my product on November 22. It has been sitting in a warehouse in the US since December 1. Today is the 14th. I emailed them and asked for a refund. They told me they can’t do that until I get the package. What if I never get the package?
I called and was given some bull shit and that I should give it a few more days.
All I want is my money back. I shop on line all the time and this is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

This company is terrible(with shipping times) They advertise fast and free shipping. “2-4days” I placed an order on Dec 2nd! That’s not fast and free shipping! I sent an email and all they said was that they have a lot of orders. Fine then take down the fast and free shipping. Not even sure this company is legit!!! Addendum I DID reach out by email and instagram and I was told “we have your order so you’re all set”. I’m just saying don’t advertise what you can’t deliver. It’s the 15th and it hasn’t even shipped. That’s not 2-4 days fast and free! HOWEVER I am back to update this review I LOVE THIS THING! Yes I finally got it:) so except for shipping it’s great.

3 weeks and order still hasn't shipped
I placed my order on November 22 expecting 2 to 4 day fast and free delivery. It's now December 13 and I have not yet received the order. I have emailed twice requesting a status update and received a response within a day that my order would be shipped within the next few business days. I emailed on December 2 requesting a refund since it is taking so long, I still have not received a reply to that email though. I did get an email from Veronica, the proud founder of this company, requesting a review of my experience, so here you go, it would be zero stars if that was an option.

I have waited a very long time for my order to be shipped. Not getting anywhere with customer service - only holding emails.

Unfortunately never received the product. However I did email and call them and finally after a couple of weeks they kindly refunded me. I do appreciate that.

NO product. I ordered it, PAID FOR IT, and I have not received it yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks to trust pilot and hello at 5 minutes skin I was able to get a link and order my system that way because I'm not a phone guy and I don't know all the gobbledy goop and things and that's and this is to get something to work with that link it worked and shipment is underway just wondering 5 days of shipment started when I'll be ready to pick it up thanks hugely everyone

My skin feels smoother, and I've seen a big difference in hair reduction. The process is quick and painless.

The product is incredibly easy to use. It really does take 5 min or less to treat the area. Even on the highest intensity setting, it doesn’t hurt at all.

It unfortunately didn’t work for me, but that’s a risk with any of these products - not all hair types will work but for the price, what do you have to lose? It’s thousands cheaper than laser hair removal (which also may not work), and painless! Also, their customer service is great and friendly.

The results are impressive—much better than I expected.

I ordered the 5MinSkin Skin Glow IPL device and my package arrived from Miami to Canada in just 3-4 days, but I received a Puur Smile…. I emailed customer support and received a reply within just a few hours and was told I could keep the wrong shipped item and then received the correct order in just another 3 days ! The IPL device is a gift so I can’t comment on its quality but I’m confident it will preform as exceptionally as this company treats it’s customers!
