What made this experience so great was how it combined real workplace experience with the chance to live in a completely new country and culture. I learnt so much during my internship, but I also grew a lot as a person. Absolute Internship did a really good job of supporting everyone throughout the program, from before we left to regular check-ins while we were overseas, which made the whole experience feel much less overwhelming. Overall, it was an amazing opportunity that gave me memories and skills I'll take with me into my career.

Stockholm is a beautiful place to spend the summer, and I've experienced a multitude of personal and professional development, both in and out of the workplace. I've been able to hone in on what I really want to pursue as a career, grow those skills, and meet the most amazing people while I'm at it! The program coordinators were so wonderful and supportive throughout the entire journey, my boss was incredibly welcoming, and the other students in the program created some of the strongest friendships I've ever experienced.

I joined Absolute Internship in the summer of 2025 for a 4-week internship in Madrid, Spain, and by the time the program ended, my only regret was not signing up for the full 8 weeks!
My experience in Madrid was truly unforgettable and helped me grow both professionally and personally. Through my internship, I gained valuable hands-on experience while also building meaningful friendships with students from all over the world. Living abroad allowed me to expand my international network, immerse myself in Spanish culture, and significantly improve my Spanish language skills.
One of the things that stood out the most was the incredible support provided by the Absolute Internship team. From the onboarding process to the on-site assistance throughout the program, everything was well organized. The Program Coordinators made every student feel welcome from day one and fostered a genuine sense of community through social events, cultural activities, and weekend trips that made the experience even more memorable.

My time on Absolute has been truly transformative! From meeting peers from multiple cultures and backgrounds, to immersing myself into Spanish culture and work-life balance, I couldn’t recommend the opportunity to other young people any more! This was an incredibly rewarding experience overall. I was able to build meaningful connections in both my professional and personal life, which made my time abroad even more valuable. It also gave me the opportunity to apply what I had been studying in a completely new environment. This kind of hands-on experience has become more difficult to find in my city, where opportunities in my industry have recently become more limited.

My internship experience was excellent. I worked on real data tasks, including cleaning and organizing datasets and building Python scripts with pandas to automate filtering and reporting. The team was supportive, provided clear guidance, and helped me grow quickly. I learned practical skills, improved my workflow, and gained confidence working on real projects.

Tilly has been very friendly and patient with me. The process was easy to follow and we are frequently in touch. I felt supported throughout the application and the internship.

I recently completed a four-month internship in Singapore with Ecolah, focusing on the import and distribution of organic food products from Spain. This opportunity provided me with strong exposure to international logistics, customs documentation, and supply chain coordination. I gained hands-on experience in managing import procedures, supporting inventory operations, and maintaining communication with distributors to ensure smooth product flow. I would especially like to express my appreciation to the founder Beatriz Cadenas and the business development head Natalia Sarmiento , who consistently guided me and encouraged me to take on meaningful responsibilities. Their mentorship helped me develop a deeper understanding of how strategic decisions are made in a competitive market like Singapore. They created a supportive environment where learning and professional growth were always valued. Overall, this internship significantly enhanced my skills and broadened my global business perspective. I am truly grateful for the experience and highly recommend Ecolah to anyone looking to build a strong foundation in international trade and business development.

Got placed at a horrible company at first but within a week was placed at a different company after telling the program coordinator what was going on. Extremely professional and understanding staff! The weekend trips and other events organised with the other interns are all extremely helpful in getting comfortable in your program location and it’s super easy to make friends! Definitely a good cv boost as an added bonus!

This internship was one of the greatest decisions of my life. Getting to meet all of these amazing people from all over the world and work closely with another culture for a few weeks was super enlightening and is an experience I wouldn’t trade for the world. The coordinators were super kind and helpful, allowing me to enjoy my trip and get the most out of my internship.

I did the 4 week program in June and it exceeded all expectations that I had! The program coordinators were super supportive and I feel that I made genuine connections with them. Interning in Singapore was probably the best program I could've participated in this past summer. Not only did I gain tangible technical skills in bond pricing and market analysis as I helped close a $60 million bond deal, but I also got the chance to develop my soft professional skills as I got to interact directly with C-suite executives and had multiple chances to present my work or thoughts in team meetings. Beyond being incredibly helpful for my professional development, this program also gave me a wider appreciation for Southeast Asia. As I was in Singapore, I was able to travel around on the weekends to explore different countries across Southeast Asia, and participating in the local culture and eating local food were core memories that I won't forget.

My Absolute Internship experience helped me learn more about different work cultures and how language barriers can affect the workplace. It also helped grow my time management and independent skills that can be used in the future. My coordinator, Bastien Kahn, was extremely helpful and flexible in finding an internship that was most suitable for me. Great experience overall!

My internship with Absolute Internship at Numi was a highly rewarding experience, offering hands-on involvement in meaningful projects like user segmentation, fundraising modeling, and retention analysis. The team was collaborative and supportive, giving me both autonomy and guidance, which helped me grow my technical and professional skills. Absolute was present not only in finding us an internship but they also made sure we had activities planned for the weekends, including visiting other cities and different places in London.
