In the past year +, I've bought several round arches for an on-going project. I've only managed to install one arch so far (for various local reasons), but it was easy to set up and follow the instructions, I actually managed to do this single handedly! It is a good job that Agriframes supply extra grub screws as they are tiny and easy to lose for someone as clumsy as me (I only lost one).
I love the sleek black-coated arch and a wisteria is happily climbing up and over it now.

Great frame and solid co construction. Easy to assemble and install.
4 stars as I had to call them back as part of the order had not arrived as promised.

Very disappointing experience so far.

Before ordering, I contacted Agriframes specifically to avoid ordering the wrong arbour. I sent a photo of the exact round, dome-shaped structure I wanted and asked them to confirm which option to purchase. I relied on their advice, ordered the recommended model, and had my garden prepared accordingly, including paying for professional installation.

Once assembled, the arbour was significantly different in shape from the one I had shown them.

A Director later acknowledged in writing that the website image I relied on showed a different structure and confirmed that Agriframes was responsible. However, the latest response now appears to have gone back to saying that the “correct product” was supplied and treating the solution as an upgrade.

I deliberately waited before reviewing to give Agriframes the opportunity to resolve this fairly. The matter is still ongoing, and I will update this review depending on how it is resolved.

I ordered some really pretty, unusual trellis. They arrived promptly, were easy to put up, and look great!

Gorgeous Oblesik and the packaging was outstanding. Well packaged, completely secure and updated with tracking information.

Good quality frame with easy to follow build instructions. The actual shade of green was accurate to the images.

I was so looking forward to my order for large size half wall arch and lights arriving, unfortunetly waited a while for order to be dispatched, then the courier DX didnt arrive on exp date, after notification of dispatch, customer services said it would be out the following day, however after 3 weeks from ordering I gave up waiting on order to arrive and cancelled the order. As 2 persons needed to assemble, the person I had asked arrived to assemble on week 2 after dispatch and no arch. Paid quite alot for carriage to wait so long. Very disapointed as I really liked what Id seen on their website and planned to buy much more. But if they use Dx there isnt any point in doing so. Agriframes, customer service guys responded to emails promptly and cancelled and refunded without delay. Please re think your current couriers.

The Monet Arch is great and I’m delighted with it…but the instructions are awful - I think we had 3 different ones and they were all different - luckily it’s not difficult to build!
We bought the additional lattice frames - they fit really well and I feel they’ll make it a lot easier to train the roses and clematis I’ve planted. They need to send so many more cable ties as there are not enough - we used about 20 per lattice - luckily we had a good supply!
One lattice was missing - annoying, but easily solved by the very helpful customer services.
I will definitely buy from Agriframes again.

excellent product, quick delivery

On each occasion I have ordered from Agriframes I have received my order very quickly and efficiently. I have ordered the Elegance Obelisk on a number of occasions and they have always been sent carefully wrapped in foam and secured in thick cardboard boxes.

The quality of the obelisk is good, the metal is sturdy and smooth, and the ornate finial is well made and attractive.

Agriframes produces quality garden frames and it is easy to order and delivery is quick. I highly recommend them.

I recently purchased the Agriframes Rose Obelisk in black steel and couldn’t be happier with the quality. The obelisk is exceptionally well made, sturdy, and looks fantastic in the garden. great quality of gardening tools, the obelisk bough 10 years ago still standing strong, will order more soon to support roses

Great little cane toppers - practical but also they look decorative too. I liked them so much I ordered a second batch! Quick delivery too plus very reasonably priced.

Slight backlog on orders, but was kept in the loop and our fruitcage arrived promptly even though we had to reschedule due to a holiday.
The 2 longest poles were slightly bent on delivery but were easily straightened out. Overall a sturdy, well designed fruitcage, looking forward to many years of service!

Prompt delivery and in the quality I expected, I would say a touch on the expensive side and for the frame I purchased it would have been nice to have additional screws to hold sections of the frame together.
