Tienen muy mal servicio al cliente.
Me reafirmo. Solo se han puesto en contacto conmigo cuando me he quejado sn resolverme las dudas. Teniendo como dicen ellos 2 direcciones de email para contestar.
Me sigue sorprendiendo, que contesteis antes a una queja en internet sobre vuestro servicio que sobre la reclamacion a la aerolines.
¿ como puede ser que Iberia diga que vosotros ya teneis la respuesta y vosotros digais que no ?

Very good experience with AirClaim
I had a very good experience with AirClaim.
The process was clear and easy to follow from the beginning. After submitting my documents, I received confirmation that my bank details were registered, and the compensation was transferred within the timeframe mentioned in the contract.
Communication was professional and consistent, and I appreciated the transparency throughout the process. Even though it takes some time, everything was handled correctly and as expected.

Zborul meu a avut o întârziere de aproximativ 7 ore, iar compania aeriană nu mi-a oferit informații clare despre drepturile mele. Am apelat la Air Claim și experiența a fost excelentă de la început până la final. Au analizat cazul, au preluat toată comunicarea cu compania aeriană și m-au informat constant despre progres. În final, am primit compensația integrală. Servicii impecabile și o echipă foarte bine pregătită. Îi recomand fără rezerve.
