Payment received after delay – communication could be improved
I used AirClaim to process a flight delay compensation claim (Case ACZ119128).
Initially, communication was slow and I did not receive clear information about the compensation amount or timeline. I also did not receive responses to some of my emails, which was frustrating.
However, after the expected processing period, the case was followed up and the payment was eventually processed. I have now received the compensation.
Overall, the case has been resolved, but communication and transparency during the process could be improved.
At the time of my original review, no payment had been received and my emails had not been answered. The review reflected the situation at that time.

abbiamo verificato il suo caso e desideriamo chiarire alcuni aspetti. Le abbiamo inviato una risposta via email lunedì 9 marzo 2025. La invitiamo gentilmente a controllare sia la cartella Inbox che quella Spam.
Inoltre, la sua richiesta è stata presentata circa 30 giorni fa. In media, l’intero processo richiede circa 2 mesi e comprende diverse fasi: presentazione della richiesta, approvazione da parte della compagnia aerea, pagamento da parte della compagnia aerea e successivamente il trasferimento del pagamento da parte di AirClaim al cliente.
Comprendiamo la sua preoccupazione e restiamo a disposizione per qualsiasi chiarimento. La invitiamo a contattare nuovamente il nostro servizio clienti se non ha ricevuto la nostra email.

Air Claim made the compensation process very easy. My flight was cancelled and I wasn’t sure how to deal with the airline, so I decided to try their service. They handled everything and kept me informed along the way. After some time, the claim was successful and I received the compensation. Great experience
Great experience. My flight got cancelled at the last minute when I was sitting at the airport. I lost 1 hotel night at destination and had to pay for a hotel night from where I was flying from. I provided all documents to Airclaim and they took care of everything and I received the max compensation thanks to their intermediation
