Air claim the best!

My flight had been delayed for more than 8 hours and As a result I lost the next two flights been already abroad. I was so confused how getting a compansation including the mess I found in the web site of the flight operator that I forced trying to find another company who will help me easier and faster. Then I found airclaim who helped me all during the five months of waiting for the final decision who was successfully at the end. Thank you airclaim I'll definitely use you again.

Okay even if it's the case, you could have sent me the exact same message that you sent now. It does not change the fact that 2 weeks passed and you ignored my emails and follow-ups. Seems like I always need to write a negative review on Trustpilot to be "seen".. Interesting!!
They never reply to your messages. I was highly dissatisfied with the communication and professionalism during the claim process.

I’ve submitted my claim on the 25th of…

I’ve submitted my claim on the 25th of August 2026, after 1 day was already presented to WizzAir and on the 27th of October they’ve asked for my bak account details to process the transfer. The experience was perfect and to mention that during this time the initial claim that I submitted directly to the airline company was closed without even being contacted or knowing the resolution. So without AirClaim I couldn’t succeeded.

Scammers!

They told me my case was not resolved in January. When I contacted Airfrance they told me it was already closed on the 24th December and resolved!!!! They never informed me about the outcome.

We would like to clarify the situation, as there appears to be an important misunderstanding.

On 20 January 2026, we informed you that your case was still under review. This is accurate and does not contradict the response received from Air France.

✔️ Air France rejected the claim at the amicable stage, invoking “extraordinary circumstances” (security reasons), as stated in their official reply dated 24 December 2025.
✔️ A refusal by the airline does NOT mean that the case is closed from our perspective.

Our role is not limited to forwarding the claim to the airline. Even after an amicable rejection, we carry out additional legal checks to determine whether:

the reason invoked is justified under Regulation (EC) No 261/2004; and

there are realistic prospects of success by pursuing the case through court proceedings.

This additional assessment stage is precisely why we informed you that the case is still ongoing and has not been definitively rejected.

We would like to emphasize that we have not misled you in any way and we have not retained any funds improperly. We act solely in the passengers’ interest and only on the basis of a complete legal assessment.

If you wish, we remain at your disposal to provide a detailed explanation of the next steps and the legal options available.

I was initially skeptical about…

I was initially skeptical about claiming compensation for a delayed flight, but Airclaim proved me wrong. The communication was clear and transparent, and they took care of everything from start to finish. I’m very satisfied with the outcome and would definitely use their services again.

No support after claim approval – completely unresponsive

I contacted AirClaim to assist with an EU261 compensation claim with Lufthansa. Lufthansa confirmed my entitlement to EUR 600 in May 2025.

When Lufthansa later requested a Romanian bank account (AirClaim is a Romanian agency), I contacted AirClaim for clarification and assistance, as I am a resident of Serbia and do not have a Romanian bank account.

From that point on, AirClaim completely stopped responding. Despite multiple follow-ups over a period of more than five months, I received no reply whatsoever. During this time, I was forced to handle all communication with Lufthansa on my own.

AirClaim provided no support at the most critical stage of the process and effectively abandoned the case after the entitlement was confirmed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service due to the lack of communication and accountability.
